Very convenient to have these at home. Once I got a minute I pick them up and do my arm workout.

Perfect addition to my weights. Good grip and easy to hold

I purchased the 6 lb weights for my arm workouts in the office, and they’ve been great! The grip is firm and comfortable, making them easy to use. I also got the 8 lb yellow weights, and while they’re a bit heavy for me at the moment, I’m working up to that weight. The material is high-quality and perfectly manageable for my height of 5’1

These dumbbells are good gentle weights for me to exercise with. They’re durable and let me have good grip.

First order arrived with significant cuts in the neoprene protective covering. Returned the same day it arrived. Replacement order arrived the next day with a heavily damaged box. Neoprene protective covering was damaged marginally. The factory packaging is insufficient to protect from the process of delivery. They are heavy and the box and bubble wrap are thin. The weights overall are a value for the cost and I would recommend buying.

These are great dumbbells and are not rough on your hands. The colour is perfect. I started using these dumbbells in January and I use them everyday. I would recommend them for people who already have 3 lbs weight and want lift a little heavier.

高齢者にとって、2.7kgは重くなくある程度無理がきく重さだと思います。3kgでなく、わずかな差ですが、2.7kgで良かったです。短期間で筋肉を付けるのではなく継続して続けながら筋肉の落ちるのを防ぐ目的で使用するつもりです。今のところ、毎日軽めの筋トレを続けています。手に持った感じもいいです。

ダンベルとしての役目は十分。あとは、自分でどれだけ使うかだけですね。
