Helpful in regulation of bowel movements!
I have had stomach issues my whole life and this product has helped me so much. It has given me regular bowel movements and works well. I will say that I have cramping when taking this which I did not have before, but totally worth it to me as it would only last a couple seconds.

No stomach pain, but serious brain fog and exhaustion
This product rid me of all stomach pain. Which was wonderful. However, this made my endo pain unbearable after taking it for a month. It also put me into a permanent brain fog daily and made me really tired. I’m guessing it was the chamomile? I wish they made it without chamomile….

This really amazing product i would recommend this product for almost every gastric issue acid reflux, burning, ulcers, gas ,bloating cramps or mood as well. I used to take this thing day time empty stomach or before sleep best i like about this is zinc carnosine which helps alot in ulcers or we couldn’t find in perfect amount separately.

Works well
I have used activated charcoal for decades and found it very effective for gas and bloating. I particularly like this one because it seems to work quicker and I believe it’s because it is not a powder but a gel
