I have waited awhile before reviewing this to make sure that Hair Hero does, indeed, do what it promises. I have very fine, thin hair that has started to noticeably have sparse spots on my scalp. I started taking Hair Hero in June of 2019. By August 2019, I could definitely tell a difference in hair shedding, and by September, the thickness, health, and rate of growth of my hair was very noticeable. Hair Hero has also helped my eyelashes, nails, and the overall quality of my skin. My legs have a tendency to get scaly-ichthyosis-and since taking Hair Hero, I have not had that happen at all. If you are looking for a quick-fix, this is not your product. But if you are serious about improving the thickness, health, breakage, and shedding of your hair, and you are patient, Hair Hero does indeed do what it promises. Now, you need to know, it will NOT grow new hair-it is not like a Rogaine product. Hair Hero does not claim that, but sometimes people get it into their heads that a hair supplement will do that. Nothing but a chemical such as Rogaine,etc. will do that-and if you stop using said product, whatever hair you do manage to grow will fall out-FYI. I had been using Viviscal for several years, and while I had moderate success in keeping my hair, the thickness did not improve, and after awhile my hair did start shedding again-I must have become immune to it. I have not noticed anything like that with Hair Hero. I feel like the longer I use Hair Hero, the more benefits I will receive. I am not a paid reviewer and do not receive any compensation from either Hair Hero nor Amazon-just a regular 49 year-old woman trying to keep her hair. I wrote all this out with the hope of helping anyone who just wants to keep the hair they have. I have learned that the comments are the best way to determine if a product is any good. I've taken this for couple years not it works just dont stop taking it like all the haur product you get shedding. This product keeps your hair in growth stage much longer per piece of hair. Very happy I dont even have to use regain anymore. My hair stays thick abd sheds less. Takes about 6 months to really notice.

Here is a copy of the email I sent to the company's manufacturer on June 7th. They just told me to send it to you (08/14/2020): Good morning. First of all I would like to thank you for the product. It cover what I expected. Now, I would like to express my concern. I already use two bottles and for the third bottle I ordered I have received one in a different bottle color and with different ingredients. The first two bottles were clear and contained rice flour. The third one is white and has not rice flour. I know the rice flour is good for hair and skin. When I was checking for products before take a decision about what vitamins to choose, one of your reviews got my attention. It said that you tend to switch bottles after a while. I decided to take the risk and choose your product despite that warning and hoping that that doesn't happen to me. If this is the case, I want you to switch this bottle immediately please. The bottle with rice flour has done his job according to my expectations and I don't want to ruin or break it's process. Besides, the vitamins with no rice flour hurt my liver badly. The first time I bought this, it seemed to have a positive effect. Minimally my urine was bright yellow. I don't know if that matters, but at least I knew it was having some effect. I assume that is from the Vitamin B. My hair seemed healthier, but there's no definitive way to tell. The second time I bought it, the bottle had been tampered with and it only had 10 pills in the bottle, when there should have been 60. It was replaced very quickly and I wasn't charged. Thank you Hh. But the new bottle doesn't seem to have the same effect, and doesn't effect my urine color (again, I don't know if that's good or bad, but it does say something about the consistency). The second bottle doesn't seem to have an effect on my hair, but that could be purely psychological since I was a little discouraged with the tampered bottle. It's too hard to tell. I'm undecided about buying more. The tampered bottle, and the inconsistent pills, makes me wonder if I have picked the right product.

I used to bleach my hair platinum blonde and ended up damaging my hair follicles resulting in bald spots, I finally stopped bleaching it and went back to my natural hair. Nothing was working for me and my hair wasn't growing back, so I decided to try these vitamins, they had a good rating for hair vitamins and they're affordable and they don't have any bad ingredients or additives like others. I didn't see results right away until the second month of taking them, my bald spots started filling up. The more I continued taking them I noticed less and less hair loss in the shower. I'm on my third bottle now and liking the results, although I don't recommend taking the two capsules together at one time, it would mess with my stomach and make me feel nauseous maybe this is a side effect, I don't know. Every now and then I still get nauseous though.

I originally though great product. It was working great. had a LOT of growth then approx. 2 1/2 mths ago with my last 2 purchases. My last 2 bottles had capsules with darker contents in them on arrival. As shown in the above pic. The contents of all my previous bottles looked were lighter in color. I added a pic of the 2 side by side. I sent a message to the company to see if they were old or if there was a change to the product....that was in early Oct. I have yet to receive a response. However, they diligently send requests for a review. so here it is. They were working, I kept & used the last 2 bottles with the discolored cap, now they aren't working. I know this cause there was a noticeable change to my hair texture with the previous orders. It was softer in texture & shinier. That has changed. So gook luck if you try them, since if you get a bad batch the company doesn't do crap for you. I will not be ordering from them anymore. I will gladly pay more elsewhere to get consistency with my product & customer service.

I LOVE this stuff! I have been using fir maybe 8 months now and notice so much new growth! Its slow growth, but ill take what I can get! I see so many baby hairs that are growing out! This paired with earthling co. shampoo/conditioner bars is a wonderful mix

I took it for the four months recommended for full results, and this is what I found: After Month 1, my hair did seem thicker in general, and there was less fallout during my shower. Month 2 - seemed to be about the same. Month 3 - plateaued. Month 4 - still no additional progress. Around Month 3, I realized my hair seemed to be growing slower, and I hadn't trimmed my nails in over a month (1) I am a consistent 2x/month trimmer for nails and my hair is 1/2" /month, and 2) I know these are for hair, but the same vitamins tend to promote hair and nail growth). NOTICEABLY slower growth. Even though I didn't see anything new in Month 3, I did continue with the fourth bottle since that is what was encouraged for noticeable difference, but I just never saw any. I have not even had new hair growth. So, four bottles later and out about $140, I am actually pretty bummed it didn't work like it said. Sounded like a good one.
