Cardboard People Buddy The Elf Excited Life Size Cardboard Cutout Standup - Elf (2003 Film)

I have been looking at these standups for buddy and others and just have not been able to get them. This one was on sale so I grabbed it. I love buddy. It’ll look great next to the tree that is dedicated to his movie. The only thing I wish is that, it was more brightly colored. It’s kinda dull compared to what I was expecting. It’ll look fine as long as somebody doesn’t walk right up to it and just look at it nose to nose.

bought this for my bedroom window, because neighborhood peeps thought it was funny to yell and scare me through my window. Keep in mind I have a gate in front of my house but people would yell and stare and be rude. (context I have an old window and no curtains) What am I doing? Bible studying. To stop interruptions from punks I bought this as a deterrent and it has worked 100% Thank you Lord for helping me find this and in my budget!!!!! People have done the double take, the side eye, and my favorite the neighborhood punk saw it and was Like Hey!! AAAAHHHH!!!!! and stumbled over himself in fear- hahahahaha!!!!!!- he got scared- I love it!!!!! Best purchase ever!!!!!!

Propped him up at our Christmas party instead of a Photo Booth. So much fun. It lasted the party and that surprised me. Yes, there are folds around the knees but don’t see this can be helped. Pretty sturdy for cardboard. A bit pricey but made me smile and party goers loved him! We moved him around during the party like he was just so excited to be there.

Ordered this because my whole family (3 adult kids) loves Elf, and I had THE BEST time putting this thing in various places around the house to scare them to death!! (In their bathroom, closet, etc.) Got them every time!! Then when the fun was over we put him in a back window for neighborhood kids to enjoy! Great quality, life size, easy to assemble. 5/5

I had no idea when I ordered this Buddy the Elf cut-out how much fun we would have with him with us this year for the holidays. My husband and I would move the elf into different areas and “surprise“ each other. I would move buddy into his closet so that when he opened the door, Buddy “surprised” him. I moved him in front of the door to the garage, so that when my husband came in from his bike ride, Buddy was there to greet him. “Surprise!“ We had fun hiding, and moving Buddy into unexpected places. He’s a little pricey, but he’s well constructed and folds up nicely for storage. When you order him, plan it for a time that is not rainy outside. Otherwise, Buddy gets a little limpy. We left him flat for a couple of days and he dried out just fine. He’s a lot of fun. Photo for size comparison/ our tree is 9.5 feet, Buddy is about my height - 5’6”

This product was good quality and exactly what I hoped it would be.

I've bought a few life-size standups over the past few decades. This one falls a bit... short... in more ways than one.- Most standees I've bought are a bit glossy, which makes the colors more vibrant and richer. This one is matte, like a regular picture printed on regular paper, not 'photograph picture' quality.- Will Ferrell is 6'-3", and this cut-out is 5'-7"... even if you account for the posture this is a bit short. It is not too noticeable, but it takes a bit of the joke about the large Will Ferrell being an elf.Overall I like it and will bring it out yearly but... the overall presentation is a bit lackluster.
