Tio Nacho Ginseng Shampoo with Royal Jelly, 14 fl oz

I’ve been using Tio Nacho Ginseng Shampoo consistently for several months, and it’s become one of my favorite shampoos. I have 40-inch-long hair, so I’m very picky about what I use because long hair can easily become dry, tangled, or weighed down. This shampoo leaves my hair feeling incredibly clean, soft, and manageable without stripping away moisture. It lathers beautifully, rinses out easily, and leaves a fresh, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. My hair looks shinier, feels stronger, and stays soft between washes. Even with hair as long as mine, a little goes a long way, making the bottle last longer than expected. If you have long hair or are simply looking for a shampoo that leaves your hair feeling healthy and refreshed, I highly recommend giving this one a try. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing it!

I got this because of a review I saw on TikTok. I’ve been struggling with hair loss and build up on my scalp. After a few washes with this, I noticed my build up was pretty much gone. It cleans my hair very well. And now I am losing way less hair in the shower.

EXTREMELY strong honey scent. Like "I want to taste the forbidden bee juice" strong. Regarding its effectiveness, it's hard to say. I started losing my hair due to stress from a traumatic event and I'm doing better thanks to time and therapy, so I can't say if this 100% is to credit for the return of my hairline, but it definitely didn't hurt. I also wasn't using it with any consistency, as depression can make daily tasks like showering seem insurmountable, and I was also switching it up between this and some other brands of regular shampoo that I still had around. That side though, it does smell amazing. Didn't irritate my sensitive skin, or trigger my respiratory issues like a lot of strongly scented products do. I'll probably buy more when I run out just for that fact alone.

Seems to weigh my wavy hair down a bit personally. I would still buy again because it smells great and my hair feels soft!!
