This is an excellent product but it has become very difficult to get it. Whenever you try to send it to Europe countries, it says it cannot be shipped, for example to Prague (Czech Republic) or to Wien (Austria).

Getting blonder when having fine fragile hair
Having fine scandinavian hair, my hair is a bit fragile, so I am very careful when using this product. I can recommend this method:Wet your hair (do not wash) and spray the HennaPlus product in your hair (or roots or where you do prefer). Use a conditioner, cream or oil at the tips, in order to avoid damages from the blow dryer. Then blow your hair with a lot of heat on it. When it is dry, keep on going for a few more minutes. THEN wash your hair and use a good hair mask. Don't ever let the hydrogen peroxide stay in your hair. That will for sure damage the hair and make it look brittle.When using this method my hair stays just the same, but blonder :-)When I was young my natural hair colour was very blond, hence chamomile tea and a bit of sun light would make it white. Now I am 47 and a darker shade of blond (a number 8 plus some grays) then the tea won't do the trick anymore, however this produt will :) I only use it in the roots cause the rest of the hair is stille very blond from the summer sun. But it works fine anyway.

Wrong claim of natural ingredients only. Product contains the chemical hydrogen peroxide
I purchased this item because it claimed to have all natural ingredients. However it did not give an ingredient list on the product detail listing. I have been looking for products that do not contain chemicals that end up damaging the hair. I have just cut a lot of my hair off because it was so damaged and brittle. Anyway, today I have just received this product only to find that the second ingredient is hydrogen peroxide. Am not going to risk using this, as I do not want damaged hair. Henna plus need to be honest about their claims!

Don't bother
Unfortunately this product failed to impress as it did not make the slightest bit of difference to my hair.I wonder if the bottle actually contains what it says on the label - it seems as though there is purewater in it and nothing else. Very disappointed.
