Heliocare Advanced with Nicotinamide Antioxidant Supplement, 120 Capsules

My dermatologist told me to start taking this product. I have thin skin and bruise very easily. This does help with my bruising.

Pills have been easy to swallow and are not too big. I also have noticed I have not been flushing as often with heat exposure (rosacea) and have yet to get a sunburn even when I forget to reapply sunscreen mid day. It has also been consistently 90 degrees for 2 weeks straight so definitely have put this supplement to the test.

I see a difference in my skin. I had forgot to bring them on a weekd vacation with me and could see a negative difference in my skin.

I have suffered with a sun allergy for almost 40 years...hives, rashes, itchy skin, swelling, etc. Sunscreen did nothing. I did not have a sun allergy as a kid, but one day when I was a teenager, I went to the beach, sat out in the sun all day in my swimsuit, and did not have sunscreen on...by the end of the day I was burnt from head to toe and had to go to the doctor who gave me a cream to deal with the immediate issue and prescribed Seldane. Seldane was working to prevent my body from breaking out and reacting to the sun until it was taken off the market a few years later. Over the years, I researched the issue to figure out what the allergy was and read research studies that made me think I had a rare case of Solar Urticaria because I would be out in the sun and the breakouts wouldn't happen until the evening and would torture me for weeks. I didn't have a solution for decades UNTIL NOW. After describing my allergy issues with Google Gemini AI, I found out that I did not have Solar Urticaria. I have PMLE (Polymorphous Light Eruption) which has similar allergy symtoms as Solar Urticaria. And Gemini AI told me about Heliocare. Heliocare Advanced successfully prevents me from breaking out. This is LIFE CHANGING! Here's my experience. I'm NOT A DOCTOR, so seek medical advice as needed: It covers me for about 4 hrs per capsule, so I take one before I go out and another about 4hrs later. The Advanced Heliocare has Nicotinamide B3, so to avoid overdosing on the B3, I can't take more than the 2 capsules per day. So for longer days, I also use the regular Heliocare every 4hrs. Overall, to protect me for a full day (5 Heliocare capsules total is the max allowed per day), I just use 2 of the Advanced Heliocare capsules, and then switch to the regular Heliocare and take up to 3 to cover the rest of the day 4 hrs apart per capsule. Last week was my first time testing it at a Texas birthday BBQ swim party...I have finally gotten my life back, thanks to Heliocare.

I'm not sure if this actually works or not but I take it every morning as part of my routine care for melasma. It was recommended to me byy dermatologist for the treatment of melasma. I have no side effects from it and combined with hydroquinone at night and vitamin C and SPF in the morning it seems to help keep the melasma at bay.

received but it’s a little longer but it’s okay. I saw this all over the social media. I really hope this helps my uneven skin or dark spots. Looks promising and I will surely buy again if it works for me.

I’m at half the bottle now, and I have some very significant side effects. Nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and extreme hunger. I exercise 6 times a week, after taking this supplement, I could not perform at all. Energy level is almost zero. I thought I was sick initially as no supplement has given me any side effects. After doing some research on Nicotinamide, 500mg is too much for the body to take. Definitely for me. I will decrease to one capsule a day and see how my body will react. If side effects is still significant I’ll stop totally.
