Amazing product

Great case. We use this for a fly rig so our play back never goes underneath the plane, always carry on. We house two Mac minis in the top area and two rack units below with cables in the back. Works great and not super heavy.

Perfect, just as described

This is an unusual case that fit a use for me really well. I did pull one star because the price is really steep for this case. I have a ton of pelican cases. I am used to spending a lot of money on plastic cases but this case doesn't seem near as durable as a pelican case. With that said, this case wont see much hard road use. I use it as a tether station for my photo business. The laptop sit on top and I have power conditioner in one space and then a few hdmi wireless transmitters in the other space. The little pockets and storage areas are really useful as well. The case does seem well built but a little fragile at the same time. One reviewer mentioned that it would be nice if the top could come off to be able setup some things inside. I discovered that it does. There are 3 screws on each end that can come out. Once they are out, the top easily lifts off. This was really helpful to route wires. For my use, I would certainly buy this case again if I need another tether station.

I use this for video production, able to fit two tripods, few light stands, and more into this. I'm constantly sitting on it to get it shut and the latches are fine. Traveled airlines too as checked bags and have had no issues.. Also only weighs 12lbs which is great for flying.

I bough this case in April of 2021 and use it for a live event streaming video rig. I don't fly with it but it does get loaded and unloaded a lot along with other video gear. The case overall has worked well but my main problem is the top cover hinges. They have both broken off in the field and do not have a way to put them back on. This makes the case pretty much unusable as a portable rig and will have to designate it as a stay at home rack mount for something else.

Been looking for over a year for suit case to transport lighing and back drop on air travels and avoid oversize. This do this. Well. I had tweek my ligthing stands and cross bar between sets. But well worth it. Now I get: 2 ligthing stand. Crossbar (4 parts - 10 ft) 2 ligths (GMV 1000) Backdrop Mic stand camera stand. Cables and other accessories. All within major airlines restrictions of 50 Pounds and 62 inch (l+w+h) And warrenty promise is fantastic.

I fit my Manfrotto 546 kit into this, 2 compact light stands, and a monopod. The hinges always looked like they were going to give way but I've had it since 2011 and it was going strong still. I am only buying another because someone stole mine. I like how tall it is inside, the rest of the SKB cases just aren't tall enough -- and the other ones are far too long, adding to travel bulk.

SKB are quality cases, this is no exception. Robust and well appointed internally with quality straps for holding gear tightly bound. The latches are also robust and exude confidence for roadworthiness. Highly recommended for road protection.

Great case but sizes are wrong by a few cm on your listing... I think Amazon have listed the exterior dimensions, but even then they're wrong. Go to the manufacturers site and they're completely different dimensions from what Amazon give! Bought it but it's too small to for the kit I needed, so have returned it.

This is what my son asked for and he's been pleased ever since!

Ich habe in diesen Koffer eine Amateurfunk Notfunkanlage eingebaut. Der Koffer ist ziemlich gut gegen Umwelteinflüsse geschützt und kann in Windeseile zum Transport vorbereitet werden (schätze so 2-3 Minuten). Verarbeitung ist klasse, würde ich wieder kaufen.
