Pure Encapsulations Niacinamide, 90 Capsules

I find Niacinamide great for my skin, I have no side effects, easy to take. I trust this brand for its purity and would not change brands. Will continue to take for the future because of the skin benefits. I also find since taking for the last few months I have sustained energy throughout the day.

I really like the quality of Pure Encapsulation. I buy various products from them. I bought the niacinamide for anti-aging benefits. The biggest change for me was actually changing my diet to be meats, vegetables, no processed foods, no sugar, no alcohol. You can add all the supplements you want but you’re going to see the biggest changes in health when you change your diet. *Im not a doctor* I went down a research rabbit hole when I found out that sugar causes glycation which is basically causing inflammation in your body from oxidative stress. Niacinamide has a lot of benefits and I do recommend.

I bought this product because of the claims that NMN helps fight fatigue while improving clarity of thought ... and I am so glad I did. I can unequivocally say that the horrible fatigue I've recently been experiencing was alleviated with the very first dosage swallowed. I was not expecting it to take effect so soon. Further, it's not like a caffeinated type of solution. By that I mean, if you drink a cup of coffee, you are indeed "woken up" in relation to how much caffeine you consumed. In other words, you may find yourself staring at the ceiling waiting for sleep that does not come. But I did take my first few dosages of NMN at night and there was never that problem. I fell asleep at my normal bed time and found NMN didn't interfere. As for the restoration of memory, NMN does work, but not overnight. It took about a week for me to really start feeling the effects. I'm thrilled and can't wait to see where this goes in terms of complete restoration. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. I am a 76 year-old senior who is in reasonably good condition, but NMN has improved the quality of my life. While I was hoping it would work, I am shocked that it did what it claimed and that I get to enjoy the benefits of this excellent product.

Very good quality supplements. My Naturopath recommends PURE. No "niacin sunburn" either.

I had read reputable research that niacinamide is good for treating diagnosed skin cell problems. Extrapolating, I am using this as possible prevention due life long heavy duty sun exposure. My research took me to online People’s Phsrmacy, archives. It’s relatively inexpensive for a supplement, and PURE brand has quality products.
