I purchased the DISONCARE Odyssey 60H to transport and protect my temperature sensitive medication and it has far exceeded my expectations.I've now tested it on two separate occasions. The first test lasted approximately 8 hours and the second lasted about 13 hours. During both tests, the built in digital temperature display consistently stayed at 32°F, giving me confidence that the contents were staying properly chilled throughout the entire period.The cooler itself feels very well made. It's compact/lightweight and fit easily in my backpack while still providing enough room for my other contents. I also appreciate how simple it is to prepare the cooling insert, just freeze it according to the instructions, let it sit for a few minutes and it was ready to use. (I didnt have to use the backup emergency one either.)One of my favorite features is the digital temperature display. Being able to check the internal temperature at a glance provides real peace of mind instead of having to guess whether everything is still cold enough.Based on my experience so far, this cooler has performed exactly as advertised. If you need a reliable way to transport temperature sensitive medication while traveling, commuting or spending the day away from home, I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny and would absolutely purchase it again.

Worked great to keep my autoinjector cold for a trip. Holds one injector just fine. Nice and sleek. Got a water bottle holder with pockets for the extras (bandages/alcohol swabs). Color is lovely. Took all the stress out of traveling on injection days! Over all a great value!

Perfect chilling bottle for Zepbound injectable. Fits ONE pen only. I purchased this for my road trip from Houston, TX to Pensacola, FL. That drive usually only takes 7.5-8 hours, but this time, we were on the road 11 hours due to bad weather and heavy traffic. My pen was safe and cool in the bottle for the entire trip. I was able to check the tempature regularly by lightly tapping on the bottle top and see the tempature displayed nicely. The bottle never got over 35 degrees the entire time. I used the frozen cylinder for my trip, but it also comes with an emergency/quick convenience cylinder that you can add ice water to for short trips. I leave the frozen pack in my freezer for long trips and the emergency cylinder in my car for unepected times. The reading on the photos (78 degrees) was taken before the frozen pack was placed in the bottle. The ones without a tempature gauge would probably be fine, but it calmed my nerves to see the display shows my pen was the tempature it needed to be.

Works great for airline travel. 9 hours and this thing hasn’t lost 1° of temperature. Has been holding 32°F all day. For me it works great as I don’t need to keep things cool much longer than that.

This device worked out extremely well. I travel extensively and over very long distances where I could be away from a cooling place for up to 36 hours. It' held up extremely well - keeping my GLP-1 at 32 degrees over 32 hours of travel time. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling extensively and over long periods of time where there is no cooling place while in transit. Also, TSA was very familiar with the unit, so it did not create any issues going through security. The size is perfect for a backpack and portable.There is one annoying item - there's an internal disc that slips over the thermometer wire that is loose and does not secure itself to the lid. This did create frustration with me multiple times, and the reason I did not give the product a full 5 stars.

I was quite surprised by this product, stayed cooler longer than what it advertises, definitely a quality product for the price. Traveled via Airlines, Tsa gave me no problem, order this at the last minute, it came right on time and I’m glad I did, you won’t be disappointed.

I was so impressed by this cooler traveler during our two weeks out of the country. I highly recommend this product. The only thing I wondered about does it keep it too cold, slightly below freezing? I didn’t test its 60 hour ability BUT I did 48 & I can say it worked! Did not have to worry about the medication warming up too fast.

Took me a while to figure this thing out experimented for 3 days. My findings. I use a zepbound multi use kwikpen pen. To keep it above 35 degrees I had to. Put jell pack in freezer for 6 hours. When I took in out let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. I wrapped the pen in thin bubble wrap one time, put that in the black bag that came with the cooler. Put the cool pac in the cooler and put more thin bubble wrap between that and the pen. The cooler went down to 37 degrees. 21 hours later it was at 45 degrees. I need it to stay between 36 and 46 degrees. F I prepared it any other way it would drop down to 34 degrees. That’s my findings go to those temperatures for 21 hours. I imagine I could’ve left it in there another hours to maybe two and it would’ve 46 but that’s cutting it too close for me.

Llevaba buscando algo que realmente mantuviese fría la insulina por mucho tiempo. En un viaje de trabajo de 2 días (a un lugar donde estábamos a 35°C) se mantuvo siempre entre 1° y 3°. No hubo necesidad de buscar refrigeración en otra parte.
