Great for pain and inflammation. This enzyme is like little warriors once in your bloodstream that seek out scar tissue, necrotic tissue, rogue proteins and digest and destroy them. Used in hospitals in Europe but physicians here don't know about them. They can be very helpful after surgery.

I love this serrapeptase. I won't be ordering any other brands other than this one in the future. I started off doing doctors best 120,000iu. Had to lay down and not move too much for a half hour w that one or id get queasy. This one, I am fine with. I know of this company from ages ago in health food stores, they were the main enzyme company for over 10 years, and seems they have lowered their prices a bit...so i imagine they have more experience than some pop up online pill seller. It says on the bottle 3x the potency than the stated dose. I am taking for a large fibroid, between 810,000iu and 1.08 million iu, and in 6 weeks along with egcg, cordyceps, vitamin d, and castor oil packs, I went from a hard ball in my tummy.. to a softer swelling that I can hold in if I need to. I will continue to use this for another month at high dose.. then drop down to a maintenance dose. I've told all my girlfriends with similar issues about this brand too. Update: It has been almost 3 months since I have been doing this serrapeptase in a high dosage, and I will probably continue still at high dose for another 1 to 2 months. The last week I added iodine skin painting to everything. The hard lump had already become very soft before this, and seems now I've been expelling things ready to come out since the iodine addition. My tummy is about 60% smaller than when I started. I literally almost cried the other day because I never expected to have such dramatic results in this time frame. Mind you I have been taking this product religiously throughout the whole process 3x a day.

I WAS LIKE A ROBOT. UNSTOPPABLE. BUT IT SURELY INTERFERED WITH MY THYROID. I ONLY TOOK 1 PER DAY. I USED TO HAVE VERY HARD BREAST TISSUE. IT LITERALLY DISSOLVED. I FELT IT WORKING AND IT HELPED. BUT I LOST A LOT OF HAIR PROBABLY BEC. IT UPPED MY THYROID LEVELS. IT IS ALSO A MIRACLE FOR ATHEROSCLEROSIS SO IF YOU HAVE HIGH CALCIUM SCORE, YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS. I've only been taking this for a month. 2 in the a.m. (on and empty stomach!!!) and 2 in the p.m. (on and empty stomach!!!) and my CONSTANT sinus and post nasal drip issues eased up about 1 week ago. Also, I had little hard bumps, like blind zits, on the right side of my mouth that extended part way to my cheek for the last 2 years. You could see them when the light would hit a certain way, but I could FEEL them when 'Id wash my face or put cream on. I tried so many things to get rid of them from super expensive products to medicinal and herbal. And the dermatologist could do nothing. As of today, they are 98% GONE! I'm thrilled. Also, I had a pretty visible broken blood vessel on my right thigh that is fading beautifully. I'm super pleased!

I ran across an article from 2011 about how this was the greatest thing for varicose veins--mine are only spider veins now. I looked it up and no one is as enthusiastic as the 2011 recommendation (by a doctor no less, but going off the first studies of it, I think). My spider veins are less visible when I take it and I only added this (with nattokinase which apparently helps it work) so I think it is having an effect. I take at least one every day. The only problem is you have to take it an hour before eating or two hours after and I would forget, so I just put it in my nightstand and try to take it when I wake up, Works for me, would buy again.

I don't like to write reviews, but this product is outstanding. I found a large lump in the arch of my right foot while taking a shower. I was terrified because my Mom had 8 surgeries for cancer on her foot. I did some research and discovered that what I had was a plantar fibroma which would only grow back after surgery. I called the 800 number for Enzymedica and after getting answers to my questions decided to take 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning an hour before breakfast and 2 at night before bed on an empty stomach. Incredibly the lump gradually went away after 2 months and so I did a maintenance dose with 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. This was 5 years ago and it never came back. I am very grateful for this product and this company.
