Noticeably more effective than the WD40 bike degreaser I was using for my drivetrain. And maybe that was just a rookie mistake on my part. But wow this stuff gets the job done. This stuff works fast! Muc-Off Drivetrain Cleaner blasted through the built-up grime on my chain and cassette in seconds. Left everything looking brand new without any scrubbing. Smells good too—not harsh or chemical-y. Definitely a must-have for easy bike maintenance. The sprayer works well, and it's super simple to use!

First of all when you're done everything looks almost new. However, this is a harsh chemical and you need to be cautious of how much and where you put the spray on. Don't spray too much and a little quick brushing will get more clean with less chemical. Rinse very well and I think you will be as impressed as I was. My drive train came out about as clean as if I took the chain off. Wear gloves too, drys your skin. I took one star off because everyone who complained about the bottle is right. It leaks and is junk.

Careful where you spray, it removes orange slime.

This stuff is the best. We use it on all our Trek bikes.

This bicycle drivetrain cleaner works absolutely great. With just a few sprays, and a bit of a soak, all the grime came right off of my cassette, derailleur, chain, etc. The spray doesn’t smell bad either - it doesn’t smell harsh at all. It cut through the grime quite well and helped me get my bike’s drivetrain back to its brand-new shine. Great product.
