The M310 has been great so far. Installation was quick and easy, and the video quality is very good for such a compact dash cam. The app is straightforward to use, and I haven’t had any issues with it. Overall, a solid dash cam that’s easy to set up and does exactly what I need it to. I used a mirror tap to power it, and the included adhesive has held up to the Texas heat without a problem. I also see a lot of people writing poor reviews claiming they needed to buy a subscription, but you do not need to. The subscription includes some great features, but absolutely isn’t needed if you only need to view the recordings by removing the SD card.

Just picked up the 70mai M310 Plus 4K recently and just finished setting it up and testing it out in the car. So far, it’s a solid small camera. ​The best part is definitely the size. Because it doesn’t have a screen, it hides perfectly behind the rearview mirror, so it stays completely out of your line of sight. I ran a quick test drive and the 4K video quality is really sharp. Even changing light conditions and shadows looked clear enough to easily make out plates. ​Installation was straightforward and took maybe 5 minutes for me. It comes with 2 static stickes for the windshield so no need to glue anything directly to the glass. ​I also hooked it up to their 4G hardwire kit right away, which is great if you want 24/7 parking monitoring and remote alerts on my phone. The app connected over Wi-Fi fine to view the test clips, and the voice commands worked without issues when I tried them out. ​Good first impressions for the price if you want something subtle that gets the job done. Unfortunately it doesn't come with SD card, but taking into account it's price it's pretty reasonable. I'm Planning to take this small dashcam to upcoming vacation, it will take a very little space in my backpack.

Not bad for the price. I like that it's compact and can be mounted so that it's out of your view and doesn't obstruct your view at all. The only things I've found that I don't care for is the clip times. The longest you can set it for is for 3 minutes continuous recording. The other issue I have is that it is not always easy to connect the app to the camera to view the recorded clips. Maybe I just don't have enough experience using it yet, but that would mean that it is not very user-friendly.

UPDATED REVIEW: Recently, I attempted to logon to my 70mai 1080P dash cam and was unable to submit a correct password for the camera's WiFi. I must have changed the password and failed to note it on the camera's paperwork. Contacting customer service was not easy, but I was able to post a message...one week ago....and I have received nothing since...not even an acknowledgement. The message does appear posted. It is a disappointment that this camera is almost of no use. At least I can remove the micro SD card to view a video if I need. Below is my original review... ---------------------------------- I purchased this 70mai 1080P dash cam for my rear window. Below is my review of the 70mai 1944P dash cam which I install for the front windshield. Since the information in this review applies to both cameras, I decided to post it here as well. Both dash cams are great products. The 1944P is a better grade product with a few additional features. ----- I first saw the 70mai 1944P dash cam reviewed in The Dallas Morning News (January 2019) with high marks. After a recent incident, I decided it was time to buy one. I installed this 70mai Dash Cam 1944P to the front windshield (see photo just below the rear view mirror). I also purchased the 70mai Dash Cam 1080P for the rear windshield. The wire length is perfect for my Toyota Camry. The install directions are some of the best I have seen from products requiring installation. Running the wire is the greatest challenge as it would be for any dash cam. I was pleased to see the cigarette lighter plug has two usb connections, so I was able to use one for each dash cam. I purchased a couple micro SD memory cards (Samsung 64GB). I have tested the cards and the system works very well. The front camera view is excellent. The rear camera view is not as clear because of the angle of the window catching glare off of the interior of the car (which is no fault of the camera). The cameras record video in one minute files. The files are marked with a date and time, so it is rather easy to find the particular moment desired. Since I purchased the camera with the GPS, it is possible to give a few audio commands and for the camera to warn about potential problems. If you are a distracted driver, these are good options. I still use the options, but not sure that I need them. Since installing these two cameras about a month before this review, the system continues to work flawlessly. One note regarding placing the unit on the glass. The camera adheres to a clear plastic film (about credit card size) and the plastic film adheres to the windshield glass. (The plastic film is referred to as an electrostatic sticker.) While there is no typical adhesive on the electrostatic sticker, it does hold the camera in place with no difficulty. I didn't expect it to hold, but it does great.

Nice video.recorder. Not a good choice if you want to move between different vehicles due to the mount system. Great for dedicated use in one auto.

Here’s my original review, somehow I never hit submit. I originally gave it 5 stars. Now after having it for several months I knocked it down to 3 and no longer recommend it. See the update below. I like this dash cam because it's a simple one, it's reliable and it gets the job done. The video quality may not be the best you've ever seen, but it is good. No problems setting it up or with the app. The packaging was really nice as well. The downsides: * The cable is a little short. I wish the cable that it came with was about 2-3 feet longer. I had to get an extension to reach the nearest outlet. * If you have Car Play and OnStar Wifi, connecting to the camera from the app to access pictures and videos is a little bit of a hassle due to a conflict with Car Play (using an iPhone). In order for me to access the camera from my phone I have to first disable Bluetooth on my phone to disconnect the Car Play app, only then can I connect to the camera from the app. I may not be explaining that 100% accurately, but that's what I have to do in order to view videos and pictures. * The camera often records emergency videos and takes pictures on its own. I think there's a sensitivity issue going on with it. If your radio is on and it thinks it hears "take a picture" it's going to take a picture. Not sure why it often records emergency videos. Aside from these minor issues, it's a great camera, small foot print, and I would recommend it to someone looking for a basic, front view dash cam. UPDATE: after owning this camera for several months now I don’t recommend it. It is taking emergency videos and random pictures all the time now. I’ll probably be throwing this thing out soon and buying a different one.

Used many cameras for over a decade on my family's 6 cars and some that I've gotten rid of. I'm pretty experienced with these, so take my review for what you think it's worth. This camera is really worth having. It looks nice. Very easy to setup. Not as many options as BlackVues or ThinkWares, but the price is about 1/8 of those cameras. And, as long as you have the video to show the police that you were in the right, those other features don't matter. The problem with cameras are that they are consumable. They last only a few years. The one exception to this is the old Garmins. My nephew has two that are on a car I gave him and are still working after about 8 years. Because they only last a few years, wiring is important. You want to be able to replace cameras without replacing wiring. This one uses a micro USB cable which is pretty common in a rear camera--not so much as the main front camera. Another thing to be aware of in the long run. Now, about this camera. The password is a little tricky. You have to register the camera from your phone app, and you have 60 seconds to register the password. My phone was too slow to get the email in 60 seconds. I requested the password from my phone, and had the email in 10 seconds when using my desktop. Problem solved. Wiring is pretty basic. A micro usb cable to a a USB power supply that plugs into a lighter socket. I made something nicer by tapping into the fuzebox so it cant be seen. Easy enough with an "add-a-circuit' tap. Available on Amazon, just make sure you know what fuze size your car us using.. Setup is easy on the phone app. Even your dumb brother-in-law could do it. The camera has event recording from G-sensors (which can be adjusted) that will lock a segment so it wont be overwritten. The recording options arent as great as ThinkWare or BlackVue, but for several hundred less per camera, I am fine with it. It has enough. So overall, this is a 5-star device. Dirt cheap. Enough recording options to do the job you need. Several hundreds of dollars less than the premium cameras. I don't notice any difference in picture quality. If you want recording to show you werent at fault, this will do it. If you want more flexible recording options, buy a BlackVue and pay several hundred more. The most important thing is actually having the event documented. This does it.

Excellent camera for the price. Video is nice and clear. App works ok, no problems. I like that it has no screen, keeps it compact and less noticable. Overall, recommended.

Maybe an older product but worth the price. With wifi capabilities. Video quality is good. Does it job. 👍
