Transparent Film Dressing Roll — 4" x 11 yds.

I'm using the tape to hold a pad of gauze over a dermatology wound. The tape is so transparent it practically disappears. To remove the tape, I wet it with alcohol, then brush/push it up with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it is an excellent product. After another two weeks of use, everything is still great. I don't have any problems with skin irritation or wounds from the tape pulling skin. I've mastered the art of application. Peel off the backing on half of the sticky side and apply. Fold the tape in half and push the red border which allows the other half of the sticky backing to come loose. Flatten the tape down and pull the red border towards the other side of the stuck tape. That peels the backing off the top of the tape. I'd assume that the backing on the top side of the tape is just to give it some stiffness while putting the very thin tape in place.

This stuff is awesome and holds medical devices on effectively for nearly two weeks. The transparent part is great so you can see what's happening underneath and doesn't look weird. Way better adhesion than other similar products and I have tried them all.

My Dr's assistant uses this, and it's excellent, so I bought some for myself. You use it with your custom self cut irregular sized gauze bandages, and this stuff is the easily sticking tape, best, to keep your gauze bandage on your skin.

The product is great, but I had ordered "Hypafix transparent". I received "Hypafix" cloth tape. I'm a bit disappointed, but will use what was delivered.

Same stuff as at the doctor's office. Easy to use. Sticks well but removes easily. I use it over top of a standard bandage with pad. It gives extra coverage on a head wound I'll be dressing for months. This was my second box. I'll probably buy three or four more before it's all over. Glad to have access to it.

The sales rep gave a misleading description of this product. I called to ask about the texture of the tape. He described it as thinner than scotch tape. This is incorrect. I ordered anyway because I need this product. The paper and plastic seal application is what he may have misunderstood. When applying, remove the paper strip and leave the plastic to guide application, then pull the plastic side off. This tape is perfect. It’s as thin as a few layers of skin. Ty

This tape caused blisters to break out on my wife’s skin. We are returning the unused product If you have sensitive skin, this product may not be for you and your goals

This stuff is amazing!!! I have some open wounds on my legs and have to do dressings on them every day. The medical tape the doctors give me to tape down the dressings works great.... until I walk outside in the Texas heat and start sweating at which point the tape becomes useless and falls right off. Anyway I bought this stuff to put over top of my dressings to prevent them from getting wet at the lake from the kids splashing. Now I didn’t go swimming or put my legs in the water because it wasn’t worth potentially getting an infection if this were to fail. BUT this adhesive tape stayed on the entire day even with all of my sweat bubbling inside. When I first received it, I decided to test it out. I put a piece of gauze on my forearm and put this tape over it and then ran it under water for a couple of minutes and it stayed completely dry! Amazing. Even better is that it is so transparent that you can’t even tell it’s on there, it just looks like your skin. It’s also very easy to take off and doesn’t hurt. 10/10 would recommend this tape.

Hola te vengo a dar mi reseña ya que encontré el mejor modo de hacer que funcione yo tuve una fractura en mi tobillo y para empezar a nadar y proteger mi herida compré este pero no me funcionaba bien haci que entre tanto ver cómo podía funcionar pues bueno primero me pongo una parche y encima me pongo está cinta limpia bien la parte dodn te lo pondrás y listo

Este parche me ayudo mucho cuando tenia mi cateter, podia bañarme mas a gusto, sin temer tanto a que se mojara, sirve para poder bañarse, pero siempre hay que tener cuidado para que no te caiga el chorro directo, y tampoco lo usen para entrar al mar, no se arriesguen y cuiden su acceso vascular.
