Grob's Basic Electronics w/ Student CD 11th Edition

I ordered this book and was pleasantly surprised to find it was mailed promptly and was incased in shrink wrap. The owner didn't give himself enough credit. I am very pleased with the book and the DVD was not even opened. I haven't even looked at it yet. I couldn't be any more pleased with this owner and this book.

Be aware that the CD that comes with this book is not the Multisim program from National Instruments. It's only a collection of files. You need the actual program to see them. If I would have known this, I wouldn't have spent $120 for the book.

I'm taking online electronics classes using this book, as recommended by the college. The lessons are great and building you knowledge through each chapter. The problems at the end of the chapter are great for reinforcing the lesson and the "critical thinking" problems will challenge you to really think. This will be a resource book for me when I complete the 2 year program. I haven't used the CD very much though. When this book is used in conjunction with the "experiments manual by Grob," it gives a well rounded lesson in electronics.

This book was helpful for my class. Some arts are written somewhat confusing but there are ample examples when you need them.

Wow! This product is just as it said in the description, new! I was tentative about ordering it because at local bookstores it costs $125 used. The book at local colleges costs about $200 new. I thought it was too good to be true. What do you know it came in its plastic wrap and it was new! I would recommend this to anyone! I hope this review is helpful.

This is the exact version as advertised very pleased with the condition it came in,would recommend purchasing one for anyone who is interested.

I have a PDF file of this book , I ordered this book Just because it says it comes with a student CD. When I open the package I found there is no CD in it. Very disappointed

I received the book on time and was as described but the only -point is for packaging the book.... it was sent in a paper bag with no insulation and no receipt inside... It's a heavy book so all corners are damaged in transit, I did not returned it because my class was already started, but saving 60 cent for a box is not a good business manner.
