With the cost of living going only one way, and fast.... I have unplugged my dryer and needed an airer to take three adults washing.I cannot stop raving about my new airer (yes, I know I need to get a hobby or some kind of life haha).I can get three full loads of washing on it, including Jean's and towels, and the space between each hanging rail is sufficient to allow airflow between the clothes so that they dry quite quickly.Very easy to put up and also pack away and feels solid, but still light enough to carry.I've had it a couple of months now and have used it on an almost daily basis, both inside and in the garden (even left it out in the rain with no issues).Not really used the sock accessory much as it feels a bit gimmicky and I dont have time to feed each sock individually onto it, but if you have time and patience for that then I guess it's useful to some.Overall, a brilliant item and a reasonable price.

I love this drier. I had a vertical one previously and in winter it would take ages for things to dry. On this one, clothes are dry much faster. I love the fact that I can be placed higher up for longer clothes.Only con I find is that it isn’t so sturdy outdoor. It just needs a bit of wind and it’s on the floor, but may be my fault for how I load it.It takes quite a bit of space but it holds quite easily a full 9kg load.When folded, it fits behind a door.I’ve had it for a while now, and I’m still very happy with this purchase.

I ordered the larger version of this airer as I have a tall family which means that most of our clothes have to go on the airer as we can't afford shrinkage in the tumble dryer.This airer is brilliant. There is enough room to hang trousers on the top rack (35" inside leg) and t shirts on the lower rack. Nothing hangs over the top of anything else. It's very easy to allow bigger gaps between hoodies and thicker items to prevent that horrid damp smell in your washing. It is sturdy enough to have half the shelves up or to unload quicker drying items sooner whilst leaving the remaining items on one side to reduce the space taken up by the airer. It is a big unit but has replaced the three airers that I normally use on it's own. My daughter's work clothes can be put on hangers and hung around the edge giving clearance from the floor and reducing ironing. It folds beautifully and is compact and convenient to store when folded and is light to move around. It is made from aluminium so I will treat it with care as it isn't as strong as steel. I would definitely order another of this model though.The airer isn't the easiest to move as the supports unhook quite easily, but moving from the base works well. The sock thingy is fiddly and I prefer to use the multi peg whirly gigs which also hang nicely on this airer.The company were very helpful and reasonable to deal with too. I would definitely recommend.

I imagine sales for these drying racks are way up among those of us who've been "living in the lap of luxury" with our tumble dryers. Like so many others, we're trying to lower our ridiculous energy bills (gasp—we use a dishwasher! we wash our clothes in a washing machine! we have a hairdryer!). Now that electricity is a luxury, we've mothballed our tumble dryer in favor of this drying rack. It's sturdy, lightweight, and dries the clothes effectively. Easy enough to fold up and store out of the way between washes. A bit pricey, but I'm hoping it pays for itself within a 12-month period in terms of savings on our energy bills. Rock and roll.

I bought this only after haggling with a supplier from whom I'd bought another 'outdoors' drier. It was self assembly, and awful. When I finally got a refund, I did the research all over again. This one was £10 more Really worth spending the extra. It arrived ready to use, and is so easy to assemble. I used a flat rock on the lower layer as it's on my balcony and it can get quite windy. Plenty of room to hang things and lots of space for them to air. Love the side arms that can be put up and made higher for longer items. I dried a duvet cover, sheets etc and clothing all at the same time. It can also be used as a tent style with the arms lowered, to dry less clothes.It's long, but not a problem and folds up neatly and stacks in a slim space.The little 'sock' clips work great for underwear so they were extremely useful for small items including scarves etc.It's all steel and lightweight and everything else is plastic. Not had it more than a week, but I love it. And the thinner rails also take clothes pegs..So relieved to find something that seems to do the job well after my previous disaster. Really consider paying the extra and you'll be glad you did.

Exceptional. This is the best clothes airer I’ve ever had. It’s easy to put up and take down, has a large capacity, and fits well in a smallish bathroom with one side over the bath.

Good quality, sturdy, very easy to fold & unfold, lots of hanging space, versatile hanging options for how much you unfold - from maximum down to just one upward arm pulled out (using common sense re balance), down to minimum for pegging out just a few items (see photo). Obviously, at maximum capacity it's fairly large so although it's possible to pull it around a bit but you couldn't reasonably expect to pick it up and move it around a lot. Re earlier reviews about blowing over outdoors: it's perfectly stable for what it is - it needs to be relatively light-weight for lifting, moving and storing so it's unrealistic to expect it to be stable in a breeze without it being tethered! In good weather I put mine outdoors in a fairly sheltered space. On a balcony I guess you could use a couple of bungies to hook the sides to railings.

Séchoir solide et stable, avec beaucoup d'espace pour sécher son linge. J'ai été surprise de sa hauteur mais étant plutôt grande, cela me convient très bien. Je suis très contente de mon achat!

Finalmente qualcosa di stabile, solido e per ora resistente alle intemperie....Abito in un attico, all'ottavo piano, con balcone esposto a venti e pioggia, insomma....un buon test per gli stendibiancheria !Ne ho provati di molti tipi ( resina/alluminio costosi/economici )....con scarsi risultati...Lo stendino Songmics si presenta subito bene al suo arrivo : ben imballato nel cartone e sigillato, internamente, in cellophane resistente.Facile da aprire , leggero , ma solido, appare ben concepito e poco ingombrante.Comodissima la possibilità di regolare in altezza le ali , così come appaiono subito utili la grata centrale inferiore e gli appendi-scarpe.Per ora sono entusiasta , ma mi riservo di aggiornare la mia recensione in base alla resistenza del prodotto agli agenti atmosferici.Trascorsi sei mesi dall'acquisto, non posso che confermare il mio giudizio positivo. In barba a pioggia ,vento e sole , lo stendino é perfetto : stabile, parti in plastica non rovinate, nessun punto di ruggine !!!

Muy buen tendedero de 2 niveles. Es resistente gracias a la estructura de acero inoxidable y, al mismo tiempo, ligero y fácil de mover. Me encanta que las alas sean ajustables en altura, lo que facilita colgar desde calcetines hasta ropa más larga sin problemas.Además, se pliega fácilmente, ocupando muy poco espacio cuando no se usa, algo muy práctico para pisos pequeños. Tiene buena capacidad y aguanta bastante ropa sin tambalearse.
