This has been the best food for our Labrador, and he likes the taste too. The larger size of each piece helps him eat more slowly. His weight is staying on track over time. The resealable water-resistant bags are a helpful feature. Subscribe and save gifts the best value.

This review is not about the product, which is perfectly fine, but about the delivery. USPS indicated that it had attempted delivery, but the item wouldn’t fit in the box. It’s a 25 lb bag of dog food: OF COURSE it won’t fit in the box!. Please use the considerable leverage of Amazon to tell the postal service this is not acceptable.

My dogs won’t eat any other dry dog food other than Hill’s Science. It smells good and they never leave a nibble behind.

Two good sized dogs with breed propensity for weight gain equals a good food they both like that keeps them healthy, happy and hopefully long-lived. I buy the 30 lb size so I can handle them and pretty much buy in bulk.

Our four-year-old dog's dog food size changed. At last, he is consuming larger bites. Our selection is the 30-pound bag of Hill's Science Diet Adult Light Large Breed Dry Dog Food, Chicken Meal & Barley. At first, he did not seem to enjoy it, but over time, he came to enjoy eating this one. Compared to other dog food, the food quality appears to be quite clean and healthy. My dog appears shiny and healthy. We'll keep promoting this brand. When compared to a veterinary or local pet store, the price is excellent.

The food is good, but the return policy sucks. If you get a bag that is in disrepair forget about getting a replacement or refund. I just won't take the chance. The Adult Light food contains wheat, which I believe my boy is now allergic to. The Perfect Weight food, however, does not, for those wondering. I always bought Hill's because they are one of the biggest donors to shelters and the food is of excellent quality.

We love the hills science pet food. We have a German Shepard/ husky so we get the large breed food (as recommended by our vet). We have had many of the flavours including both regular and diet and my dog enjoys them all. This particular one is a favourite. The vet recommend this brand to protect our dogs joints and give him the nutrients he needs to be healthy and active.The bag is pretty heavy and came in a large awkward box - but I’m guessing that’s to protect it from rips and such in shipping. That was fine with us. It was a great price and so easy to order. Will be getting it from here again.
