Great drum sticks!
My little drummer loves these sticks. It’s all I’ve been buying and the ones he’s most comfortable using. I got the gimmicky light up sticks when he started and that was not what was best- these are!

Good price, good sticks minus the tape
I recently got into drums and needed some sticks that wouldn’t break the bank. These seemed perfect. I’ve never heard of the brand before but the reviews it had was enough to convince me to buy them. It usually goes for around $15 but I managed to get them while they were on sale for just $9.99.I’ve never used drumsticks before so I can’t compare these with others but I do like how they feel in my hand. They’re a good size and have a good weight to them. They seem well made as well, I don’t see them breaking anytime soon unless I throw it hard at a wall or something. I’ve been using them everyday for practice and they’re still in great condition. My wife isn’t too fond of all the noise that I make but we managed to compromise (I bought her a pair of noise reducing earplugs found here which seem to be doing the trick). Actually I eventually bought myself a pair as well..it helps me get into “the zone” so to speak. The only thing that I thought was weird is that it comes in a huge box! Like it’s not even the same size as the sticks. Who’s idea was it to do that?? Another downer that I want to mention is the tape. The drumsticks are held together by a strip out of the box but it’s SO hard to remove properly. You know how sometimes when you remove a sticker there’s that icky sticky residue leftover? That’s what you’ll get with these. It took me probably half an hour just to get it all off. It seems like I’m not the only person with the problem either as multiple people have mentioned the same thing on amazon. But I don’t regret buying them. They feel good in my hands and are a great weight. 9/10 would buy again :)

25 years later, these are still the best
These take me back. My drum teacher told me to put my thumb over the flag, close my fingers, and rotate my wrists 45 degrees in. A quarter century later, I still sometimes find myself checking my grip that way.I’ve been through countless 5AN sticks over the years from Pro mark, Zildjian, Vater, and even Ahead (maker of the “unbreakable” metal drumstick—clad, incidentally, in highly breakable plastic sheaths.)Anyways, these are the best. They feel the best, and they are super durable.I play harder than basically any other drummer I have ever met, and I can get these to last, relatively.I used to buy pro mark by the brick. They were okay, but these are better.Whatever you do, just don’t ever buy a Zildjian drumstick. They make their electronic drum sets look good by comparison.

quality
New drummer - these were the highest recommended sticks. I like the nylon tip - also recommended for e-drums. Very happy with my purchase.

Quality made/ wood tip is a bit small for my taste.....
These are nice sticks, But for me the tip is too tiny (wood tip stick) Have not seen the nylon tip version yet...

The only sticks we will buy!
No more splinters from drum sticks! The comfort of the grip and weight of the sticks are ideal. I little more money than other sticks but well worth the cost.
