Nice replacement laptop power supply. Thin profile, and the cord length is nice to have. The original was shorter, and much less convenient to use.

Works fine! ordered my daughter a computer off of a site but had no cord. Ordered this one and it was great. it's sturdy. it's not one of the fastest charging for a laptop but I use it for my phone as well. This does the job. This is a 45W and most fast charging computers now use 65W, but for what I need it for (an older computer), it works great! It's not too heavy and it fits her hp laptop perfectly. Good value for my money.

Worked great to replace my dell cord

PROS: So, I bought this bad boy back in 2023. It's held up pretty well until today in 2025. Credit where credit is due, I've gotten roughly two years' worth of charge from this cord. CON: The draw of the plug is that the metal prongs can swivel and lie flush inside the plug's... head? Charge case? The big, square, black thing that connects to the wall. The trouble is the metal prongs that insert into the wall are connected to the plug via thin, plastic connectors. I just found that out today. How, you may ask? Because the durn metal prongs just FELL OUT like baby teeth! So, yes, I got two year's worth of charging for my laptop, but there was always the chance that one of or both of the metal prongs could have slid out and stayed embedded in the electrical socket! And this is coming from someone that tries to be as gentle as I can with my electronics, who knows how long it would have lasted if I were more careless plugging the cord in all these years? Or if I had needed to use my laptop professionally? I would recommend finding a cord with fixed metal prong attachments. NOTHING WITH MOVEABLE JOINTS! I thank God that nothing happened, but there's no need to play with fire... pun intended.

Works as advertised. I've had no negative issues with it.

The adapter works as advertised. The power plug can fold into the adapter when not in use which is a feature the original adapter did not have. However there is something small that is loose inside of the adapter and makes a sound if you lightly shake it or if you turn it over, that is why I only gave it 4 stars. The object sounds like a small piece of plastic. As an engineer, I have tested the adapter in multiple positions, and while lightly shaking it and the loose item does not affect operation.

Solid charger

I bought this adapter because of the price and the availability via Amazon Prime, and I could not be more satisfied with the purchase. There's not a lot you expect a laptop power adapter to do, aside from powering the laptop, and this one does its job admirably. My son puts it to constant use, and it has neither failed nor run particularly hot in the time we've owned it. My son, to put it mildly, is not particularly gentle with the adapter. Given the need to source another adapter for the series this one fits, I would definitely buy again. Given the choice between this exceptionally budget friendly model and a universal adapter from a local big-box store at four to five times the price, the decision is easy.

Started smoking after 2 months of use. Would not recommend.

An excellent replacement for a lost charging cable for a Lenovo laptop.
