Wonderful! Does the job cleaning my new piercing! When I first sprayed it in the sink, it sprayed everywhere because it was so strong. Spraying a piercing you shouldn't need to press down all the way avoiding what I did but if you are using it for open wounds, although the pressure will help rid of all debris, it might also do a little damage or be painful so be careful! Great cheap way to buy saline solution for a piercing w/o paying the price of "piercing" saline solution. Same exact thing, the "piercing" title increases its value! I had the most popular "piercing" saline solution on amazon, honestly, I might prefer this one. I had an irritation bump on my helix and i'm not sure if it was also outside factors but once i ran out and started using this one, it's began going away faster.

Wound rinse great for post op surgical sites

This is a great product that I've used before, and I was happy to see it in a larger container. But what I'm using it for right now is a new piercing, and this container is not suited for that at all. Way too much spray comes out, and not in a small, directed stream. This would be amazing for your kids' skinned knees and elbows, or for blistering sunburn cleaning, or for other large areas. For a piercing, pay a bit more and get a purpose-made bottle of the same stuff, or you'll try to spray one tiny place on your body and end up with half of you wetter than you'd ideally prefer.

The wash works well i just wish the spray wasnt so intense. if that is an issue, maybe this isnt the best product. good for piercings

This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but it’s still a good product.

i spent like half an hour trying to get any spray to come out. i genuinely thought i got really out of shape lol but you really have to push down on the nozzle for anything to come out. it got annoying so i just put it in another spray bottle, and it’s fine. I’ve been using this to clean my new nipple piercings and it’s really nice! barely any irritation from them. it’s great with piercings is my point lol (and worth the money)

I was surprised that pharmacies generally do not stock sterile wound saline.This is a great product. It will clean wounds when re-dressing and help to prevent infection.As another reviewer mentioned it is a strong spray on full pressure on the button. Have a trial go and if pressed gently it is a perfect trickle to wash a wound.Don’t forget to order some STERILE GAUZE WIPES too!

Had a painful bump on my flat piercing for months and decided to use the saline spray. Significantly improved in FOUR DAYS. First bottle was defective; gentle stream/pressure. Second bottle was too strong. Works pretty good; no stinging or burning sensation. Will definitely be buying more.Pro tip: transfer the saline into a clean/sterile spray bottle to last longer and control amount of liquid you can use on your piercing.
