Wonderful! Does the job cleaning my new piercing! When I first sprayed it in the sink, it sprayed everywhere because it was so strong. Spraying a piercing you shouldn't need to press down all the way avoiding what I did but if you are using it for open wounds, although the pressure will help rid of all debris, it might also do a little damage or be painful so be careful! Great cheap way to buy saline solution for a piercing w/o paying the price of "piercing" saline solution. Same exact thing, the "piercing" title increases its value! I had the most popular "piercing" saline solution on amazon, honestly, I might prefer this one. I had an irritation bump on my helix and i'm not sure if it was also outside factors but once i ran out and started using this one, it's began going away faster.

I personally like to purchase this NeilMed Wound Wash in place of the one that is advertised for piercings because it has the exact same ingredients, but this one is significantly cheaper, with the only true difference being the spout, which I get because this spout nozzle makes the liquid come out fast, but personally I don't have an issue with it as long as you don't press down extremely hard when you're aiming it at your piercings or you can spray it onto something like a q-tip. When it comes to the liquid, I think it's quite soothing and cooling. I have effectively used this on several different piercings, and it really helps, I believe with the healing process! I would highly recommend it if you need to heal piercings and want a cheaper alternative that has the same ingredients as the other NeilMed Piercing Wound Wash that is often advertised and a bit more expensive, and the spout nozzle is a bit more misty with its effect compared to this one. Other than that I will keep buying this for piercings and I really enjoy it! :)

This wound wash is wonderful for thin skin injuries, children and everyone! It cleans without damaging the skin or touching the skin. I highly recommend it.

Simple saline for cleaning piercings, but went up in price drastically. It also seems like there is less product than 1-2 years ago…still does the job though.

So far, this is working well to soothe and heal my ear piercings! I’ve had a helix for two months now that’s been nonstop sore but a week or so of using this spray and it’s been feeling much calmer. The only thing is the spray comes out super hard and aggressive, left the whole side of my face dripping lol. But it’s a big bottle and I don’t expect to run out for a while! Just be gentle when spraying lmao

This was excellent for cleansing my hip replacements............worked clean, no odor and was sterile and the price was good

i spent like half an hour trying to get any spray to come out. i genuinely thought i got really out of shape lol but you really have to push down on the nozzle for anything to come out. it got annoying so i just put it in another spray bottle, and it’s fine. I’ve been using this to clean my new nipple piercings and it’s really nice! barely any irritation from them. it’s great with piercings is my point lol (and worth the money)

I was surprised that pharmacies generally do not stock sterile wound saline. This is a great product. It will clean wounds when re-dressing and help to prevent infection. As another reviewer mentioned it is a strong spray on full pressure on the button. Have a trial go and if pressed gently it is a perfect trickle to wash a wound. Don’t forget to order some STERILE GAUZE WIPES too!

Had a painful bump on my flat piercing for months and decided to use the saline spray. Significantly improved in FOUR DAYS. First bottle was defective; gentle stream/pressure. Second bottle was too strong. Works pretty good; no stinging or burning sensation. Will definitely be buying more. Pro tip: transfer the saline into a clean/sterile spray bottle to last longer and control amount of liquid you can use on your piercing.
