Dripex 3 Drawer Metal Rolling File Cabinet Under Desk Filing Cabinet White | 16"W x 18"D x 24"H, Lockable, 5 Wheels, Fully Assembled, Letter/Legal Size, Suitable for Home Office

I bought this to replace an aged wooden filing cabinet that was about the same size and falling apart (literally). After a fair bit of research (and competitive shopping at other sites like Office Depot & Staples), I settled on this cabinet for a couple of reasons. 1. The look: This is a beautiful filing cabinet. The modern style fits in very well in my decor and the color really pops. I purchased the orange and white version and I was a little afraid of how loud the orange front would be, but it's a GREAT accent piece against the bamboo desk I have. 2. The utility: I needed a cabinet with filing at the bottom, but smaller drawers at the top with good organization (this is similar to my previous cabinet). This one fit the bill quite well. One of my favorite parts is the small tray for the top drawer (that has a small plastic obtrusion which fits into a recess in the drawer on either side to hold it in place at the front). It holds my favorite pens as well as oft-used office supplies like paper clips and rubber bands. The drawer sizes are good as well. The top drawer is shallow, but holds paper, a pencil tray/organizer, a stapler, and a tape dispenser. So it's still plenty of room. The middle drawer is deeper which lets me put bigger things (like a 3-hole punch) in there. And the filing drawer is big enough to hold a year's worth of financials (all I need) with ample room behind the files for large gear storage like infrequently used electronics. 3. The ease of setup: I literally just cut the cardboard away (I was careful not to scratch the finish with the packing knife, you should be too!) and pulled the plastic packing bag off. Boom! Done. This was a bigger draw for me than I care to admit, since it took about 1.5 hrs to build my last cabinet. The only minor annoyance I have is actually a good safety feature. You can't open two or more drawers at once. This greatly reduces the chance for a tip-over, but also, sometimes I don't want to push the drawer all the way in before I grab something from another drawer. Ultimately this is a suuuuuuper minor annoyance and probably worth it for the safety aspect. In the end this is an easy 5-star buy for me. If you're looking for a stylish and useful filing cabinet, look no further. At $129.99 (the going price at the time of my purchase), it's a steal! I'd definitely buy this again.

A great cabinet. I wish I got a different color. I got the black color and it’s as described. Cabinet came with a dent but customer service was great in offering a credit. It looks nice too

I LOVE this file cabinet. It is the perfect size to go under my desk table--with enough room to hold my extra keyboard and mouse on top (I operate two systems). It is solid and has a top-quality feel as the drawers pull in and out. And it looks good, too!

Cute and functional. Exactly as pictured and feels solidly built. Was carefully packaged in PE foam and thick cardboard. Came with instructions and assembly tools for the wheels, which were easy to attach. I’m not sure there’s a better deal to be had for this kind of item.

Overall I'm very happy with the quality of this cabinet. It's small enough that it can fit under most desks but large enough to put a printer or other supplies on top. Easy to maneuver around. It came very well packaged so there were no dents or scratches. The only assembly required was to attach the wheels. My only issue with the cabinet is that it is not ideal for hanging letter-sized folders. If you want to hang folders front to back (which to me is the easiest way to access files), you need A4 sized hanging folders, which I have not been able to find anywhere. The standard letter sized folders are too short to hang side-to-side. You can hang them length wise, but this configuration leaves a gap in the front which is not only wasted space, but also sits the folders farther back in the cabinet and makes them difficult to remove when I need to grab something. I wish the cabinet came with one more rod that I can hang length wise, so that I can use letter-sized folders and still hang them front to back.

I really love that this is so well made. The metal is heavy with a beautiful, thick, fingerprint hiding pebbled finish. The drawer slides are smooth so the drawers open and close nicely. There are two shallow drawers at the top and a tray is included for miscellaneous items. The file drawer at the bottom is deep and has a metal divider. All the drawers lock with a good quality lock that includes two keys. The cabinet sits well on its own bottom however, there are also five casters that can be installed if you want to be able to move it around as you use it. I plan to move the cabinet as I use it so I’m adding them. The small caster that goes in the middle front seems like a great idea. If you have the file drawer open on these they can sometimes tip forward and I imagine the front wheel would make that less likely to happen. Okay, so I wanted to add a video of the packaging but I could only upload one here so I added a couple of photos. I was really impressed with the way this was boxed. The whole cabinet is bagged first in a thick plastic so there weren’t scuffs or scratches. Then there was a thick layer of very dense foam, like another box, around the whole thing inside the cardboard. Not styrofoam, something really tough. On top of the foam there were plastic corner reinforcements on all the corners. It’s nice to see something this heavy packed so well and have it arrive in perfect condition! Big thumbs up on this file cabinet.

I bought two of these cabinets and they have worked very well. Sturdy, great function and decorative. I am writing this review mainly to point out that last month I ran into some issues with one of the cabinets, and had some communication with the manufacturer. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to work toward a solution. Bottom line is this company will provide excellent support if you happen to run into any issues. My situation was very unique, so I don't anticipate many people will run into issues with these cabinets. I will happily buy more if I need additional locking file cabinets.

I bought a stand-up desk recently and was really hurtin' for some storage drawers. I looked at I don't know how many similar cabinets on Amazon. I chose this one for a couple of reasons - the delivery time was quoted was pretty quick, as so many items shipped from Amazon are on the Covid-19 slow list. Also, I liked the handle design of this one compared to some of the others. The product arrived in three or four days. The packaging was sturdy enough to prevent any damage in transit. First order of business was see if my 10 year old HP Color Laserjet 400 would fit on top of the cabinet. Yup, no problem. I don't know how much the printer weights but it's gotta be at least 50 pounds. The drawers open and close easily and the sliding mechanisms work fine. It does take slight pull to open or push to close the drawers and they have a soft-close feature. This is no issue really, so long as the front wheels are in the locked position to keep the cabinet from moving about. I don't have any need to lock the drawers but I tried the lock and it works easily enough. All said, it's a decent value, helps me get organized and not have a pile of junk on my desk.

I made the right choice choosing this- I like that one key secures all three drawers on it, and they run very smoothly. If I could change one thing it would be making the middle drawer slightly bigger but this is due to the things I store in it, not particularly a problem with the description of the product. It has a very nice design and I like the matte finish- this hasn’t become scratched or marked in the time I have had it which I was nervous about when I bought it. Overall I thoroughly approve of this filing cabinet/ locked drawer set.

Per quanto mi riguarda ci sono due problemi che non fanno raggiungere i pieni voti: 1) il sistema anti-ribaltamento che impedisce l'apertura simultanea di due cassetti non funziona proprio benissimo e ogni tanto si incastra con un cassetto mezzo aperto che permette l'apertura di un secondo cassetto e poi per chiuderli bisogna fare un po' di "manovre" 2) Avrei preferito ci fossero anche dei piedini standard (senza ruote) in quanto le ruote comportano movimenti indesiderati della cassettiera; se si apre o chiude un cassetto con un po' più di forza, il mobile si sposta. Nel complesso comunque un buon prodotto, con un design originale e non scontato.

I purchased this container for my office. We usually have Vitra containers, but I was not willing to pay VITRA money on a container for my purpose. Still it had to be visually pleasing. This container costs a fraction of the money and has a very decent build quality. It looks really nice and nobody would notice at first glance, that it has not the same price point as the rest of our furniture. I especially like that the large bottom drawer has it's own rolling wheel to support more weight. And then I have to mention the service! I am using this container to share equipment with a few colleagues and the two keys provided were not enough. The service was very quick in responding and sent me two extra keys for free, even though I offered to pay for them. Highly appreciated! So good value for money! And really great service!

This cabinet looks good and seems sturdy for the price. I did have to attach the castors and a little bit to stop the cabinet from toppling when the draw is opened. All tools are provided and it wasn't too onerous. It came well packaged. I like the rounded corners they add to the design and I'm just the sort of clumsy oaf to catch myself on a pointy corner so practical too. Very good for the price
