Good emergency prep item
These are good for travelers and preppers. The taste is good and it’s pretty easy to use. I ran a test with my equipment and they worked great. Water was purified and high quality. Only complaint and it’s minor, the dissolve time is -slightly/ longer than some. That said shipping is on time and product works at a good price. Recommended

After purchasing these I found out they don't necessarily kill every thing that could harm you in water. However there is a different water purification tablet that does. It just takes longer to work. So I only gave this three stars because the other tablet just makes more sense.These tablets are more design for streams and freshwater sources that haven't been contaminated. But if you're looking for something to use during a natural disaster you really need something that purifies the water one hundred percent. Although even the tablets only do so much. In addition you would have to have a portable filtration system like a straw that filters out larger and also microscopic debris. Then use the tablets to kill anything else that could harm you.I haven't tried these yet so I'm not sure about the taste or effectiveness. But I would not use these except for hiking in case of emergency. Where there's a fresh water sources available.

This product and many others should be something you have on hand in your version of an EOTW/72 hour type bag. We cannot know when, where or what might happen. We can be sure that bad things do occur with a certain regularity on this planet. It might be man made, economic, or Geological/Climate driven in nature. It is for certain that something bad will occur sometime. Make sure that at least for a few days you and yours can survive most catastrophes. The will and preparation to survive is paramount in these changing times.

Works fine, taste like chlorine and can stain if soaked in it for to long
I want to an all inclusive resort with my baby who is bottle fed. I used this product to purify the tap water to wash the bottles. It does leave the water with a brown colour so I wouldn't recommand leaving anything in the treated water for a prolonged period of time. Also, it gives the water with a very strong taste of chlorine. Otherwise it was perfect for my need.
