KUVRD Universal Lens Cap 2.0 - Fits 99% DSLR Lenses, Element Proof, Lifetime Coverage, Magnum, 2-Pack

I owned the regular Kuvrd Universal Lens Caps before getting these Magnum ones and loved them. They're durable and good looking all in one package. They keep your lenses safe and are easy to take off and put on, but do not fall off randomly like the typical plastic clip on lens caps. I use a double camera harness so my cameras are always down at my sides bouncing around. With the typical plastic clip on lens caps, I've always had them randomly pop off. With these universal caps, they stay on, plus they protect the lens from "bumps and bruises". The Magnum size fits my ultra-wide lens fantastically. I will definitely buy more in the future.

So I tend to use alot of wide angle lenses and most of the time I cannot find the cap, so I found Kuvrd a while ago and bought a lens cap, I love this thing ! In fact I just bought another set, they are quick and easy to use, super convenient and well worth the price. I even went to my local camera store and asked the guy what I should do and he was like actually what you have on there ( what you see in the picture) is actually perfect. Great protection for the lens from fingers and dust, I am sure more are going to be on order soon, heavily recommend you look at this product as a professional or amateur it doesnt matter

Look, they’re fine. They’re the right size, and stretch well. I actually put them on over another lens cap to keep it on, and to keep the silicone from touching the glass.But... these are the most ridiculously priced things I’ve ever seen. You can get other products with more silicone and better engineering for an eighth the price. But because it’s for a camera, they can charge it.

The media could not be loaded. Way better than the lens caps that came with my lenses. They easily stretch to cover my 77mm lenses. They take a bit more effort to put on, but offers much more security and a bit of water resistance, although I’ve yet to drop a lens in water (knock on wood). The caps are dust resistant and super packable, which is great for when I’m shooting outdoors.Packaging was much better than I expected. Definitely gives it a premium feel. I’ll probably use the packaging for some cables when traveling.Overall I’d say these were definitely a solid buy, I’ll be using them for a long time.

First, these are sold as replacements for lens caps. They look pretty cool but they don't actually serve this function particularly well.- This is a stretchy rubber cover that's not going to protect your lens if anything strikes it. So, at best it goes over the existing lens cap. This is actually pretty helpful to keep more of the lens body safe from dings and scrapes, but a lenscoat type product will protect the entire lens. This product also tends to roll up and partially come off lenses if they're, say, in a backpack.- The same clinginess that will keep this lens cover from coming off fully and getting lost like normal lenscaps makes it hard to remove - nowhere near as fast as a normal lens cap and hard to do one-handed. So, again,. more of a travel or storage product than a lens cap replacement, and it's a bit pricey for just that function.Finally, interacting with this brand is a huge turn-off. Check out their social media - the tone is super bro-y and obnoxious, and they tear down any critical comments. Unlike so many of the cool, small companies innovating for photographers, this isn't the kind of company I feel good supporting.

Good concept but too tight for my taste on gfx

I have several sets of the KUVRD Universal lens cap and I have absolutely no complaints. Not only has the company been incredibly kind and communicative but the product does its job. The Magnum covers all of my Canon Prime lenses flawlessly and it is easy to put on and take off. I have even had a lens hit the ground with the KUVRD cap on it and sustained no damage or scratches! When double capped (front and back) it has proven to protect from sand and water at beach sessions as well, to the point that I am comfortable setting my lenses down without any fear of them being affected by the elements. I have not had any tears or holes in any of these caps and would 10/10 recommend them without hesitation!

Absolutely love these covers and the company. I have several friends that have used these covers and I received one as a gift awhile back. I have since bought several more, and will likely continue buying them as I acquire more lenses🤣 I love how lightweight the covers are, how easily they fit into place, and how they also fit into a pocket or those small spaces in your camera bag. They’re not bulky or rigid and they really do protect your lenses. Shipping was fast, and correspondence with their customer service has always been quick, friendly and supportive. I have covers that perfectly fit my 35mm and 85mm, as well as a few others now. If you have any concerns about sizing, there is a very helpful chart on their website that explains sizing in detail. If you’re on the fence about purchasing do it! You’ll love them!!
