I spend a lot of time behind the wheel of my SUV, and I always felt like there was an awkward gap between my neck and the headrest that led to a lot of tension by the end of the day. Oh, if only the strap wasn't so lousy. It stretches very easily and will start to deform if the cushion isn't a permanent fixture, but the pillow itself is beyond excellent. I've had one on my office chair for literally years, one is in my personal car, and I have a few that I rotate on a work vehicle. I'll eventually have to replace those straps with likely velcro fasteners, and I probably should dock a mark for the straps, the the cushions themselves are so good that it would be unfair to do so.

I'm surprised that Amazon says this item is frequently returned. I ordered mine about a year ago and am ordering another simply because the cushion isn't quite as firm as it was when it was new and the elastic straps have lost some elasticity. While it doesn't support my neck as much as I'd like, it does support my head, which helps to relieve the pain I'd been having in my neck and shoulders when I drove (or as a passenger). It supports my head by cradling it with its mild --v-- shape. Just that small thing makes a BIG difference. So, while this neck support cushion isn't ideal, it's leaps and bounds better than nothing. I don't know why car seats aren't designed with neck support in mind, but until car manufacturers change it, I'll keep using this cushion.

This is a great quality neck pillow with good support. Personally, I am not a fan of the horseshoe style pillows as they cause me to sweat and become too hot and uncomfortable. This has excellent support with a great outer layer material that is very comfortable even in warm environments. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a neck support which of high quality.

This has been the best neck and lower back cushion for my car. It has a great quality memory foam inside. I highly recommend this cushion for back and neck support.

Para ser de apoyo cervical está muy firme, podría ser más blando, luego de poco uso duele el cuello, está muy grueso debería ser un poco más delgado, sobre sale mucho del asiento, genera un poco de curvatura en la espalda. Por otra parte la calidad del material es muy buena y es resistente, sirve mejor de apoyo en el sofá que para lo que se diseño.

Bought it for my Haworth… the strap is elastic but the length is not adjustable so it cannot fit the Haworth properly unless the strap stretches out over time

I use this watching TV (Recliner) - did not know what I have missed in the past.
