This converter is designed to convert the 8 pin CD changer port of the Volvo radio (see picture below of port) into a rca Audio input that can be used on Mobile Phones, Mp3 players, Digital satellite radios, Zen, Zune, iRiver and many other Audio devices that have a 3.5mm headphone plug on them. This Converter connects directly to your factory radio without using an FM modulator resulting in optimum sound quality from your factory sound system.
