after a long-term use, I’ve noticed that my hair and nails are stronger and thicker.

I began using collagen supplements out of sheer desperation simply because I read what I thought was a questionable review about how they helped someone's really bad knees. After chemo treatment and being prescribed drugs with known side effects including joint pain I found myself experiencing increasingly serious knee pain that eventually had me all but crippled. I couldn't get up and down the stairs without pulling myself along the bannister, in and out of chairs was a struggle, and I was at the point of looking into putting rails alongside the toilet. Because of that one review I decided I'd risk a few dollars and try a collagen supplement (not this one). In a very short time I was 100% mobile again. I first went with gummies and then powder. I didn't really care for either. So I found these capsules which work great and are easy to take. I know they work for me because at some point I decided to decrease the dosage. Within a few weeks I started having terrible jaw pain which made eating painful. A trip to the dentist showed no dental problems. Remembering I had recently gone from 2 capsules daily to one, I went back to 2 capsules and the pain quickly disappeared.
