Aside from quality and a great price, this particular menstrual cup co. has fantastic customer service! You may have already noticed that they address most things women are looking for in a cup with their varied sizes and firmness options. But what would keep me coming back is their customer service.I purchased the small medium firm and got the small extra firm cup for free (because I accidentally ordered the wrong one) after connecting with customer service. They sent the 2nd cup right away free of charge. While I'm still having trouble with leaks, I've got to at this point guess that it's user error. Given the parameters that I have regarding size and firmness, this cup should work. So I'll keep working on it. I have a feeling that once I discover the correct insertion method, I'll probably use both cups. I've heard it can take a while and a little practice to get placement right. I've done quite a lot of research and have purchased by now the: DivaCup, Juju, Intimina, and now PeachLife. Not one has worked thus far. Absolutely love my new peachlife cup, I had originally ordered the mini medium firm but it was a little uncomfortable, I reached out to peachlife for a recommendation on which size to get instead and they sent me a replacement free of charge in the form of the mini soft cup. Very comfortable, I have no complaints whatsoever, love this new cup it’s my favorite of all my cups.For comparison pictured above from Left to Right is the Lena cup (yes it’s stained and yes I’ve boiled it a thousand times lol) which I also loved but was looking for a cup with a ring, then the mini medium firm which was great size-wise but just a little to firm for me, and the mini soft which is PERFECT. For reference I’m a 28 year old, never been pregnant/ never given birth, I have medium-heavy periods and never need to empty my cup more often than every 12 hours.If you’re on the fence about getting this cup, just get it! I should have taken the time to read the description section where they offer size recommendations, go ahead and read that and make your purchase, the ring makes this cup SO much easier to get out than others. First off, I’ve done the cup before, so I have some comparative experience. The ring on this cup makes it 100% easier to get out. Also, this company has a variety of sizes and firmness for different bodies. That said, I feel this cup (the blue/pink swirl) was a little too firm for me and is a bit uncomfortable when in. Also, I was never certain it had opened fully after being inserted. When I tried to “check” the suction by pulling, I would sometimes pull it out or dislodge it so I don’t think the suction is as good as some. I really appreciate the different sizes and firmness so I might try another of their cups, but they need to hire a skilled copywriter for their descriptions.

It’s my first experience with a menstrual cup so I was super nervous to try it, I chose this product cause I saw many good reviews and I’m glad to confirm that they were right! So I ordered a mini medium firm cup, but I realized it was a little uncomfortable for me so I wrote to the company and they were very able to help me and understanding, so they sent me a mini soft firm cup to try. But the best part is they let me keep both cups without extra cost! So now I’m using the soft cup and I’m super comfortable and happy with it although it’s my first time I was able to doing all the steps properly and no problems! it’s super easy to put in (I saw so many videos) I got a little trouble to removed it at first but all you need is relaxing and then it goes out easily. I’m planning to use my medium firm cup when I’ll get more practice and experience. Finally all I have to say is that if you’re looking for a good quality and reliable product you must buy this cup! Super recommended!!!

I have another cup from this company and I love it (the next size up) BUT this size actually hurts me. Makes my cramping way worse. I figured I’d go down a size to this because it seemed like my flow (even though it’s heavy) wasn’t enough for the medium size. Except I don’t like this cup. Was hard for it to open when it used it suction (went flat for some reason). Still easy to pull out though. Just not comfortable. I’ll go back to the other one I have.

This is my first time using a menstrual cup. I chose to order from PeachLife because of the loop on the cup instead of a straight tab like most other brands have and all the positive reviews about their customer service. I originally ordered the medium firm, size medium cup, but it was just slightly too big so I contacted customer service and we decided I should try the medium firm, size mini cup. Customer service is AMAZING. I returned the incorrect sized one for free and received the new one in 2 days.I am loving my new cup! It is such a nice change from tampons, which have to be changed every few hours. I chang my cup once in the morning and once at night and that's it! No leaking (once I got the proper size) and no discomfort whatsoever! These cups are also so easy to put in and take out, even for a first time user, and you don't feel anything while it's in! It makes it so easy to forget you're on your period which is SUCH a nice change. I am never going back to tampons and highly recommend this to anyone who is considering getting a menstrual cup!

This is the first cup I was able to successfully use with no leaks and I have tried MANY! The quality of the cup seems great too. The only complaint I have is the cup is not comfortable and I couldn’t wear it for long. I now realize I probably should have went with the softer cup because it did press on my bladder. Lastly, the packaging was very disappointing. Cup arrived solely in the bag I’m suppose to store the cup in when not in use and it was completely dirty because there was nothing to protect the item.
