This product is very corrosive despite the written description. It will easily cause skin irritation and blisters. You can not apply it by hand even with gloves on as the product us water thin and easily splashes over everything near it. Spray application is likely to be dangerous as you can't control were it goes. I've used a long handled stiff brush broom to apply it. Despite its mediocre cleaning of my deck, its not worth the price, effort, mess and uncertian damage to the surrounding area.

I use this product as deck restoration professional. It does its job extremely well. If you take the proper precautions while applying you will not have any issues.
