Just do it, it's amazing! Cracked my entire back, gets blood flowing everywhere!
JUST GET IT! This tool feels AMAZING on every part of the body, even with my extremely sensitive and pain-prone extremities. Yes, you will probably feel a little tender at first, but you control the pressure. When I first unboxed it, I put it behind my back and leaned back lightly on it, and it literally CRACKED my entire back (which I can never do). That was absolutely amazing, even if it's not what it's intended for. LOL. Whether you have knots in your back or want to improve circulation in your legs (or have bulging veins after pregnancy like I do), this is a great product! I bought it for circulation, massage, and (hopefully) cellulite improvement. I also got the cellulite-reducing massage oil to use with it (as well as a smaller shower tool), but haven't done those yet. What I did do was put my Brazilian Bum Bum cream on my legs and arms afterwards (another highly recommended product I've loved for YEARS. All I can tell you is, it's very satisfying to use and you feel like it's working and gets the blood flowing. I plan to do this frequently and see if my skin looks better and legs/back heal from frequent pain and tension. Also hoping it reduces the sensitivity in my legs (which always bruise to the touch from everything). I will update again on results so far!

Works But Be Gentle!
This really worked well on my calves and behind the knee to help relieve my Baker's Cyst. This really worked well on my husband's back and shoulders too. However, you really need to be careful. I used it on my thighs and although it felt great and seems to have broken up much of the fascia very quickly, it left me with bruises all over. I wouldn't mind it so much if it was wintertime, but since it's shorts wearing weather, I look like I was run over by a truck. I am now experimenting to see if I can find that balance point of how hard to roll it on my thighs without causing black-n-blues, yet still breaking up the fascia. I really hope that is soon, because it seems to work and the relief from the Baker's Cyst is a real plus for me.

Love this for fascia release and cellulite!
I own serveral muscle rollers and cellulite cups and mits. This is my FAVORITE! I use some oil and go crazy, I can get good pressure with very little effort (unlike the hand held mit and cups which Iโm exhausted after just doing my legs). I was afraid I would bruise after my first use but my legs and stomach looked great the next day! I donโt want to spend $90 on a blaster and I am very happy with this roller! Donโt be afraid to use different angles, I use them on an angle on my stomach so they stay stationary instead of roll, they drag on my skin (always use oil so thereโs less friction) and I get great bloood flow and fascia breakup! Iโm making great progress all over and my clothes fit so much better! I canโt wait until summer now! Update: I have been using this roller for 4 months and am still loving it. I did bruise in the beginning, which is a great sign of breaking through layers of fascia and getting more blood flow to the area. I rarely bruise now and my legs are looking smoother than ever. My calves have also become smaller. I continue to roll because it feels SO good and continue to see benefits!

Mediocre
It's ok. I've used other products that work better. It just seems a bit awkward. I ended up donating this item, as I didn't get much use out of it. I would not re-purchase this item. There are much better options available.

Rolfing tool. Saves you money. Fascia is key.
Bought this because of a friend who told me about Rolfing. It deals with Fascia basically. Years ago I injured my left peck by placing a Olympic bar with 50lbs of weight on it while doing squats. All u heard was a crunch or smoosh sound. Since then the muscle hardened and over time it would harden then inflame and vice versa. Over a 10 yr spand I ve seen several doctors, chiropractor, and a acupuncturist who I use for different things. However, I believe in alternative medicines. Doctors told me I could only remove this lump by surgery, chiropractor deals with bones so no answer for me, acupuncturist said I would have to massage it out. But I never went to see a Rolfer yet. I read when there's an injury especially dealing with muscle. The fascia acts like a safety net. It will grow thicker over the muscle to protect it. So over my peck muscle the inflammation would come n go. But the area was getting harder and the lump bigger and this is over a 10 yr period. I thought damn I'm gonna look like kwazimoto if I dont do something about this. Most times you will see the lump thru my clothes. So I did research on fascia, fascia blasters, and how fascia works. So I figured instead of going to a Rolfer, I'll buy this and massage the area myself. Well to my amazement. My third day of using it on the area, the lump is breaking up. It's loosening, not as hard, and the lump is going down n starting to soften. I'm using this over my problem areas too. Feels good and can't wait to see results in other areas too. Most important. It's getting circulation to move in those parts and I feel the difference. You don't need to spend hundreds when u can do it yourself. Read up on Rolfing and fascia. Then you will see the light.

Perfect massage tool
This is a great massage tool. I have a lot of trigger points in my legs and glutes, and I have many home-care tools in addition to having a lot of experience with professional massage. I really like this one. This is better than a foam roller or roller stick, because the spikey balls can really get deeper into the muscle. I have a theracane, which is great for working on individual trigger points, but this allows me to massage a larger area at once. You are in charge of the how much pressure you get, so you can go light or deep. I've been using this 3 times a day for the last 3 days, and I've had a great deal of relief already. I do this before I stretch, and even while stretching if a muscle is too tight. It is sturdy and well-designed, and the foam handle is very comfortable and easy to keep your grip. I can massage my entire body with this, but if you have short arms or inflexible shoulders, it may be difficult to massage your own upper back. I would get the longer one with 5 balls in that case. The spikes are rounded, and I find them to be comfortable even on bare skin. I did get some small bruises on my inner thighs, where my skin is more sensitive, but I'm working pretty deeply to get rid of the knots. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

YOU WILL BRUISE AT FIRST (IT WILL BE OKAY)
You will bruise the first time you use this. Especially if you're like me and really intense with it. The back of my legs looked BAD. I still have bruises on my hips. I hit it with the red light panel and was able to get most of it to clear up within a week. BUT - I was sitting outside the gym on the phone at the end of that week and looked down and OMG MY LEGS LOOKED SO MUCH BETTER. Girl.... This was from one (very overly intense) use. I used to have very deep dimples inside both of my thighs. The back of my legs looked very saggy with visible deep dumpling. I tried, and in most places I can't even crease my skin and get that orange-peel look (definition of Level 1 cellulite). I'm doing a lot of things. I'm using red light, I'm working out more, and I'm using this every day now (not quite as vigorously though). This roller 100% helped. I have so much more confidence now. And now that I have some results, I *want* to work out. I feel good in the gym. I wear whatever leggings I want. This is legitimately a life changing product.

Okay
Seems OK. Not really deep tissue or anything. A bit disappointed. Also poky. Not sure why these cannot be made smooth vs rough.

Excellent massage tool
I've been using this massage stick for over a month. It's true that I had quite a lot of bruising initially. However, since then I purchased anti-cellulite massage oil and the combination really helps to minimize bruising. Much more comfortable massage. I was not expecting to see a lot of improvement of loose, saggy or crepey skin on arms and thighs, as well as on back fat and tummy area, but I am very pleased with noticeable results of visibly tighter skin after only a month, in combination with regular exercise routine of 1.5 hours per day. I massage at end of exercise routine. It is relaxing and gives me energy boost. I bought 2 more for my relatives.
