It's a good product from Amazon. But I'm so sad because I didn't get any case with littmann cardiology iv navy blue stainless steel stethoscope . So, I think Amazon will give it.

I’m a small-animal veterinarian, so I use a stethoscope every single day at work, multiple times a day. After years of use, my previous Littmann was finally starting to fall apart, and I decided to replace it with the 3M Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope. So far, I’ve been very impressed. The acoustic quality is excellent, and heart and lung sounds come through clearly during routine physical exams. I also really like the dual-sided chestpiece, which is especially useful in veterinary medicine since I’m examining dogs and cats of all different sizes throughout the day. The stethoscope itself feels substantial and well made without being cumbersome. Comfort is important when you’re wearing and using one throughout the workday, and I’ve been very happy with it so far. And on a less technical note, blue is my favorite color, so naturally I went with the navy blue option! My previous Littmann served me well for years, so I had high expectations when it came time to replace it. Based on my experience so far, the Littmann Cardiology IV has been an excellent upgrade. If you’re a veterinarian, veterinary professional, physician, nurse, or other healthcare professional looking for a high-quality stethoscope with clear acoustics for everyday professional use, this is definitely one I’d consider. ★★★★★ 5/5 based on my experience so far.

It's really good, the tuning is extra thick, I got it to use on ambulance because I wanted much better stethoscope to listen to heart and lung sounds. But in all honesty it's not that much better than my Littman II, like it's a little better, but I don't know if it was enough to justify the cost. So 4 stars cuz it is a quality unit, but lost a star cuz I don't know if that small improvement justified the cost.

Super thick tubing feels great in the hand. I’m just an EMT, and the cardiology iv is more than I need probably, but it sounds incredible. I’ve never had an issue using it.

They told me I did not need a cardiology grade stethoscope for PA school, but I found this one on sale about 3 years ago and went for it anyway. I am glad I did because I ended up in cardiology, and I feel that this has great sound quality. It has worked great for me so far! I feel like it was worth every penny.

First, I am not a doctor, but due to some recent shoddy medical visits, I decided I could listen to my own heart and lungs, with some tutoring off YouTube. i listen over and over to the sounds, and see the placement locations. I have used an automotive stetho. for years, and even those have differences. I have yet to get results of my heart check/echogram from a month ago! I'm running on an artificial aortic valve, so you see my concern. My possible pneumonia x-ray I had to wait 4 days for the results, the same number of days our friend was diagnosed and died of pneumonia! The doc. 'thought' he heard rasping in one lung. I can hear my own heart and lungs just fine. It's really fascinating to hear what's going on inside. But it does take caution and practice. Don't think you can replace a real medical doctor! The reference to the speakers is because the Bose produced voice and music components not even heard on the RS ones. The sounds you don't hear with cheap stethoscopes might be the sounds that get you!
