Old geezer sleep helper..
Just a swallow....the stuff helps with sleeping at night.doing all the cold stuff. Rekaxing, opening sinus, reducing phelgm. Yes the have the zzz stuff. But this has been part of my turn out the lights the party is over go to for years. Great value...when bought here.

Same as a well known brand name, but for me, you're not paying for the Brand-Naming. Very effective, follow directions as shown or per your physician.
