Makes being dairy free so much easier!
Having a dairy free, hot chocolate option on the go is amazing. However, I wouldn’t suggest using just hot water. You do need to add a plant-based milk otherwise the chocolate is just too tart. It mixes up well with a good stir. The texture is fine. It smells good. It’s easy to use. And for my child with a dairy allergy, it’s nice to always have one in my bag in case all the other kids have a hot chocolate and he doesn’t. I hope they come out with a plant based milk hot chocolate powder, I think that would reduce the tart taste and make it easier to just add hot water on the go.

I got these for my daughter (4yrs) as we are raising her without dairy in her diet. I was nervous when I tasted it before giving it to her because it was really bitter to me, but she looooooves it! I really like that it comes in individual packets so I'm able to send it with her to sleepovers. If you're a person who likes dark chocolate you will probably enjoy this. I don't like dark chocolate so I added an obnoxious amount of honey before drinking my cup. The mixture was surprisingly creamy.

The choco taste is lacking. Dissolves well and completely.

I even put 2 packets in and this product had no flavor. I had high hopes and really wanted to like it but was disappointed 😞.

Great, but needs help
While I enjoyed the taste, I had to supplement the ingredients with sugar because it’s just not sweet enough. You will have to add about one or 2 tablespoons in each packet to be able to get it to taste good. If not, it’s just going to taste like powdered chocolate.
