*Cost a little more but worth it - pics & video inc.inc
Vickay folding utility knife - box cutter * I LOVE this box cutter. It's much more durable than some others I've been using. I also love that they have colors, especially my purple because hubby cannot say it's his! Lol *Sturdy with a good weight that makes it feel nice & solid in your hands. *Does include a few blades in an easy to use storage case. *Now a drawback might be the price. It was more expensive than most however the quality, weight, sturdiness & color options made it worth it to me. *As far as usefulness I use mine for many tasks. Opening boxes of course, cutting through bubble packaging, cutting up recyclables & even for propergating plants as it is extremely useful in getting an extremely clean & even cut through the largest of stems. *If you are ok paying a little more for one then I highly recommend this one. **Pics & video included

Good cuttter
Absolutely love this cutter for work, it's easy to use and fold up when I have customers to take care of. It has a decent grip, I haven't had accidents with it like I do with normal box cutters. It's not to heavy, and the design was made smart, and I love how it locks when you close it in case you leave it in reach of little hands. I've been using it for months and dropped it multiple times and haven't had issues with durability. It's a good value for your money, and getting a color that you'll remember in case anyone picks it up is a good idea especially for retail situations.

Quality tool
Well built utility knife. I usually don’t get excited by small items but love this knife. Very sturdy and I added the belt clip. Good product for not much money!

overeall satisfied, semi disappointed
I love the design and color. It's comfortable to hold, the mechanisms work great. I love 'almost' everything about this exacto switchblade style, except for the blade - while sharp tipped, the blade has rust all over it and is disappointing. I have blades so can fix that. I do appreciate there is a cap for the blade, reminds me it's sharp. The design has some heft to it so overall I'm satisfied.

Incredibly durable daily accessory
After a year of use, I can confidently say this box cutter makes the list for daily use. During work, I’m almost always using this box cutter once an hour. With this in mind, here are the pros and cons of the box cutter; Pros: Extremely durable shell. When used appropriately, the box cutter can withstand half a hundred (and counting) drops onto concrete and tile and only be roughed up with a slight scratch or two, maybe a small dent from up to 5 feet. Lock and grip functions are fluid and easy to use. After over a year of use, the button unlock and swivel point still hold up extremely well, as well as the self-assembly screws to hold the clasp for pockets/belts on. The blades are very easily replaceable with the button-press drop mechanism, and last as long as generally expected when cutting cardboard. Flipping the blade is usually needed after about 100 uses, and replacing the blade usually averages around 2 weeks of continuous daily use. Cons: The button drop mechanism is on the top left side of the flip-out portion of the knife, meaning if you have a habit of pressing on the top with your thumb, you’ll likely drop the blade a few times on accident. This isn’t a big issue however, as the shape of the blades pocket lets this happen more safely if it occurs while cutting compared to some other cutters. The clasp for the pocket is very stiff at initial installation and will likely require a bit of “manual wear” (bending) to give some room, it’s tight enough to block a piece of paper from going through even though it has a raised end. I have bought three different types for my coworkers due to its incredible reliability and ease of use, and my personal one is blue. They all match the colors in the photos, and my personal favorite is the wood handle one. I strongly recommend this box cutter for those who need a personal daily cutter.

Great quality box cutter
Very good quality, bought it to cut off box flaps at work. People now come borrow this instead of using the work issued box cutters. Hasn't shown any signs of rust. Lightweight, easy to grip. Great value for anyone.

Good feel in the hand.
Very solid, a good feel in your hand of a knife made of metal, sharp blades.

Solid knife, great safety features — but one small flaw
Solid construction overall. It feels well-built, has good safety locks, and comes with spare SK5 blades. The aluminum body is lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap, and the belt clip is a nice bonus. One thing I really like is the locking mechanism for the blade holder — it stops the knife from folding shut while you're using it, and also prevents it from opening up unless you press the lock. That gives me a lot more confidence, especially when it's floating around in a bag or clipped in a pocket. I also have a Mastercraft one that doesn’t have this kind of lock, and I wouldn’t trust it the same way in those situations. The only downside I’ve found is the blade release lock. It’s a bit awkward and sits in a spot where your hand naturally grips the knife to open it. That can sometimes cause the blade to shift slightly and stop the knife from opening until you fix it. That said, even if the lock is accidentally pressed, the blade can’t actually come out — so it’s more of a minor annoyance than a real issue. At $19.99, I think the price is fair. You’re getting a durable aluminum body, a proper safety lock, quick-change blades, and extras included. If the blade release was better placed, it’d be hard to beat at this price point.

Get it! Get it! Get it! Get it!
Seriously, get it. Perfect weight, slightly undersized but easy to handle with a very solid mechanism for open, close and lock functions. It even folds up with the safety guard on the blade.

It’s good
It’s a nice heavy metal casing knife. The blade is easily changed. However my knife was missing the clip so I’m not able to attach it to my pocket or my belt so that sucks otherwise it is a very good knife. I have ordered another one and it did arrive with the clips so It’s a good sturdy, heavy metal knife. I would recommend if you use box cutters, enough this bad boy will get the job done and odds are you will probably get the clip attached to your knife. Maybe mine was a one off I don’t know. ( the picture is after a very productive day. There was a lot of dirt and mud and grime but she did the job and I only had to change out the blade once but I’m showing you where the clip should be very sturdy knife. I am pleased, but I’m bummed out about the clip.
