can I bake with these at 450 degrees

I have no definitive answer for that question. I have used mine at 375-400 but in a water bath. You might want to try one (on a pie plate or cookie sheet just in case). Let us know if you will. Out of curiosity, what are you cooking at 450 in ramekins?

Hello, does anyone know whether the bottom of these ramekins are glazed?

I just looked at mine and they appear to be glazed inside and outside completely. If you are purchasing these be sure they are the size that you want or need. I didn't pay close enough attention to the size and could of used a slightly larger ramekin.

can this product be used in the microwave?

Absolutely! These ramekins can go in the refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven. I love these. I can make up a batch of Lava Cakes, bake, cool and put them in the frig. Later take then out, microwave for 30 seconds and viola' hot molten lava cake.
