This was just slightly smaller than I expected but the size difference didn't matter. It works great. It was easy to use, so my grandsons can use it. It is easy to clean, I made sandwiches my grandsons loved. I like that it makes 2 sandwiches at a time. I would definitely buy it again.

Got this to replace one I bought in 1991!! Thought it was used enough that it deserved replacement. Raised 4 kids with the Original one. Such a great way to make sandwiches to accompany soup or chili too!!

I have to drop a star because the two sides are not bread size. You can't make the wonderful looking grilled cheese. It has the edge of each sandwich sticking out & not cooking. Other than that, I will enjoy exploring other things with it. But the sandwiches of various kinds were what I wanted most. UPDATE; I'm liking this more & more. I fried 4 perfect eggs with runny yolk. I now trim the crust off my bread. It still bothers me because the pics show whole slices of bread. It can be wiped with a dry paper towel & look clean & new. It's very light weight & probably will be easily damaged, but I see that & know to be careful with it.

★★★☆☆ This sandwich grill actually works pretty well for quick meals. It heats up fast, makes crispy sandwiches, and gives a nice even toast with good melted cheese results. For the price, it definitely does what it’s supposed to do and is convenient for basic grilled sandwiches. The biggest downside is the lack of temperature control. You’re stuck with one heat setting, so sometimes it can brown the bread too quickly before the inside is exactly how you want it. It would’ve been much better with adjustable heat settings. Cleanup is also more of a hassle than expected. Since the plates aren’t removable, cleaning melted cheese or grease out of the corners takes extra effort. You pretty much have to wipe it carefully while trying not to get water near the electrical parts. Overall, it’s a decent sandwich maker that performs well, but the missing temperature control and difficult cleanup keep it from being a higher-rated product.

This is very nice. It makes sandwiches perfectly. You could make all kinds sandwiches with us. And snacks.

I used this one time and the sides cracked. I didn’t even push hard enough I used to have one so know how to use it.
