Beyond Junior Convertible Wooden High Chair with Removable Tray

Just got this last week so I can't speak to long-term durability, but first impressions are really strong.The wood feels solid and looks genuinely nice in our kitchen. Assembly wasn't bad, and once together there's zero wobble — feels very sturdy. My toddler has already put it through its paces and it hasn't budged.The one-handed tray removal is a small detail that's already proven super handy, and the cushion has wiped clean easily so far. The adjustable seat and footrest are a nice touch too as she grows into it.It's on the pricier side, but the build quality makes it feel worth it. Will update after more use, but so far very happy with the purchase.

My wife and I originally ordered the Momcozy Dinerpal high chair. We couldn't decide on which chair to buy with all the great options out there. We didn't really have a budget; we just went with that option because of reviews and functionality. I'll make this story short for everyone. Fast forward a few months later, we said hell to the no on the momcozy chair and decided on buying something similar, but with actual padding for our 8 month old. I have no idea how I came across this chair, but I'm glad I did because our baby loves it. She has plenty of support, safety, and nice features on her new chair. This chair was cheaper, and clearly a better option granted the added padding on the back support and seat. I'm not here to convince anyone of buying this chair, but here to add my two cents on how easy it was to put it together. I'm blown away at the fact that all the high end chairs like STOKKE lack a cushion/ padding for their seats. Why? Is it because of safety etc? Not sure, but this chair is no different in that sense, and has it all. Also, it's a fraction of the price of the competition, and a great option for first time parents. This is our first baby and we are extra careful with everything we purchase. This item came in with zero damage, was easy to put together, and very well exceeded our expectation. We have a chunky 23 lb baby and she loves it. Momcozy had a stiffer option and mediocre cushion/rag that came with it for an additional $70 dollars. Personally I think it's a joke. It seems as though competitors are providing something very similar with their seats. This chair has very sturdy straps that sit well and comfy on the baby. Tray removal and cleanup is super easy. We highly recommend this chair.

We’ve been using the Abiie Beyond Junior high chair for our baby and have been very happy with it. It feels sturdy, durable, and made to last. The tray is a good size for meals, and the straps feel secure and safe. I like that the tray and other parts are easy to remove for cleaning, which is a big help with daily messes. It’s not foldable, so that may be a downside for some, but the solid build makes it feel very stable. It’s also easier to move than I expected for a wooden high chair. The adjustable seat and footrest are great because this chair can grow with the child. It also looks much nicer than most plastic high chairs. Overall, it’s a practical, well-made, and stylish high chair that we’ve really enjoyed using.

After disassembling and reassembling it, the chair became perfectly stable.Overall:I’m giving this high chair 4 out of 5 stars. The build quality, comfort, and sturdiness are excellent. If the assembly were simpler and the buckle area were easier to clean, it would easily deserve 5 stars.

Words cannot express my love for this chair, first off it's my 5th high chair I've bought in 5 yrs (my eldest is 5 and I have a now 3 yr old) this chair can hold MY weight without tipping (I am 5'8 200 lbs) my 5 year old can sit in it and she's very tall. I got this after returning the Badger Basket Evolve II which was tipping and was all cheap hollowed plastic and practically the same price as this one!, it is already set up with the screws in place so putting it together is unbelievably easy a fool could do it, it has lovely dark REAL solid stained wood not that cheap crap, you can adjust the height of the seat and the foot rest! No more dangling legs! You can adjust to the perfect height depending on your unique child's body! Also you can adjust it depending where they are sitting! For example if the eat at the Island at the kitchen, (which is very high) I put the seat to the top level, or at the dining table the 3rd level and the 3 level seems perfect for when using the tray, the trat comes with a snap on easy on easy off cover that you can hand wash or toss in the machine! This comes with a head rest and seat cover which have an attachable 2 inch thick dense easy to clean foam things, nice and comfy with a nice curve at the head and bum. The tray even has two closeness levels, it snaps into a clear thing in either side of the chair the first is further away from your child's body the second it'll be closer so once again even that feature is costumizablr to your child's unique body, not a cookie cutter high chair look a majority out there, also I have scrubbed this so many times and my 3 year old has pushed it over (on purpose while playing) so many times and not peeling it cracking or broken bits also the screws are in there so tight and it doesn't wobble at all!! Great! I hope this was helpful to you guys trying to decide, I know it's pricey for some people but I'm telling you it is worth it I'm actually think I should buy one for my 5 yr old for safer seating at the island in the kitchen

Hello! I had the Tripp trap high chair with my oldest who is now 3, and it was a NIGHTMARE to adjust, you need to loosen bolts and move stuff then tighten them, and they can still move if you push hard enough. Hated the baby seat design it had that did not adjust to size at all.In comparison, this chair is completely adjustable, you only need to hold down buttons and pull it, then put it somewhere else. We take off the seat and footrest to rinse in sink if it gets too much to clean with a rag, we haven’t used the cushions in a while because it was a lot to clean all day long.My son (15months) had kicked the table and pushed himself back many many times but this has never once tipped over, or even almost tipped. Very sturdy.Does not fold, but fits perfectly under my dining table, like a normal chair, so it doesn’t take up a ton of space.The wood cleans very quickly, I barely need to scrub it to clean food off of it. Same with the plastic top.If you no longer want the baby table, you can remove the plastic inserts on the sides that the table clicks into, and just put the bolts only back in so 1. You don’t lose them and 2. Baby can’t shove food in that hole.6 months in, no scratches or damage, and I easily put my baby (he was between age 9-15 months) and my daughter (ages 2.5-3) in it, with just switching the foot rest position.I could not recommend this enough, I did BLW with both kids and this is so much better than the Tripp trapp. Exactly the same for 90* angle sitting, without the annoying baby seat issues and bolts to unscrew to adjust.The only possible con for some is that it can be challenging to get the buckles in and out when using cushions, because it’s a tight fit, but that’s to be expected. Not any issue for me, as it makes sure they keep my kids in the seat.

After tons of research and months of looking for the perfect highchair, I went ahead and ordered this! I love that it’s wood and it’s very sturdy. This thing is solid as heck and pretty heavy to pick up and move. This makes me feel like my baby is safe to kick/buck around and I don’t have to worry about it falling over like the plastic ones. It was so easy to put together, I used the QR codes that came with the instructions. It was very well packaged. I bought this before my son is ready to use it and I had to put it together right away. He’s only 11 weeks old so he’s not quite ready but I still stuck him in there and he sits up so well! Some reviews say the tray is too small but I think it’s the perfect size. I’m going to order the Abiie brand suction plates anyway. The tray also can be attached to the back of the seat when taking baby out which is super cool that way you don’t have to put it on the floor or the counter. I love how everything is so easy to clean too. I’m obsessed and it makes me excited for my little babe to grow into it better.

Great product for kids and children

Just got this chair and we used to have a plastic chair that strapped to a dining chair, with a fabric seat cushion, and it was a hellacious waking nightmare compared to this beauty. The seat cushion is able to be wiped clean, game changer. The chair and foot rest have multiple levels they can be installed at, blammo. It's sturdy, and it actually looks good in our dining room, slammo. The tray comes on and off easily for me but not for the baby, yet another point for this chair. Is it a little pricier? Yeah. But it's gonna be worth it, cause you're gonna be spending 3 meals a day contending with a high chair, and you wanna make it a good one. Just do it, if you're on the fence, just buy the chair y'all. Tripp trapp wishes it was this chair. You gotta buy a chair pad separately with that. Tripp trapp? More like Tripp trash.

For what it costs, it should not be the case that the client needs to spend time assembling it. Interestingly it says it is a UK product assembled in China, but it is not assembled at all.The most annoying part is that it is all covered with warning stickers which are very difficult to remove even using a hair drier. Between assembling and removing stickers it is two hours of work. Will this company pay me for working for them?

Quality chair, easy to clean, sturdy and can imagine it will grow with our baby. Looks nice, yes it's on the pricey side but it should give years of service.
