I won't know if they work for awhile. However the capsules are very large
Very large capsules, can be difficult to swallow. I'm taking these every other day, and Vitamin D alone on the alternate days. I was very low in Vitamin D at my last medical exam. Magnesium, vitamin K and zinc help with absorption of D so this supplement should assist to raise my D levels. I'll find out next time I get the lab test. I will post an updated review.

Effective product but poor value
This supplement helped reduce the cramping and stiffness I was feeling after long runs, but it's not a good value. Another popular multivitamin (rhymes with hature fade multi) that offers the same ingredients and more for less is a better deal.
