I could not find the expiration date on The Eye Doctor Tea Tree Oil Eyelid Cleanser I received. Where is it?

I had not found a date on the box, which I've since thrown out, but I just looked at the bottom of the bottle and here is what I found: 010722A. If the 22 is the year, then I received an expired bottle. Note: the product needs to be used within 3 months of opening.
