Could i use this on wallpaper?

Definitely not. Wallpaper uses water based adhesives, which requires either copious amounts of soapy water or steam to soak in and loosen it, before scraping off. A heat gun will burn it off and we don’t want that. You could use it to soften sticky back plastic adhesives though, prior to peeling off?

Can you use this to help you put fabalon on kitchen units ?

You can but I’d use a hairdryer as the heat that comes out is ridiculously hot and you could potentially burn the Fabalon
