Customer service Atrocious!!
Struts did not fit my Impala with 18's. Installed them and lowered the car down once finished and the shock housing of the strut sat on the top of the wheel which made the car undrivable. So I took them off and put the old one's back on. After shipping the new one's back, I was told I couldn't get a refund because I Installed the struts. They said that they were used so they hade to dispose of them. So no refund or struts. Amazon ended up getting my refund.

rear struts. I bought these I installed them no issue with them. Now 9 months later they are making noise. I have been having problems with many items that I have bought from detroit Axle. Now I am replacing them with Auto zone parts where I have very good luck ,y car rides

about to return part a second time
First time they sent me two rear right struts then made me jump through hoops to get it replaced, now the left strut they gave me isn't machined properly and the bolts don't line up so it won't fit AND WILL HAVE TO RETURN ANOTHER TIME. So far this has added unneeded headaches and wasted time that is certainly not worth the small savings these clearly poorly made and managed parts provide.
