Happy with this purchase
This seems like a well made bag. It’s perfect for my son at secondary school. Loads of compartments and pockets. Well priced. Comfortable and spacious. He is very happy. It’s in a different league to his previous bag with virtually no padding that I have repaired 3 times. Pretty similar price too. Zips seem robust so far. It appears to be fairly weather resistant too.

Perfect for busy working blokes
Really good, sturdy, well made rucksack. It’s worth the money 100%. I bought it for my other half who works nights and needs a mens equivalent of a Mary Poppins capacity - and this is it. Lots of space, pockets, compartments, easy to organise, just the right size. Took me ages to find a suitable rucksack, and this is the one. Absolutely the one. Designed to perfection. I can see it lasting for years.

A good solid bag
I have had this bag for 3 years now. It is still as solid as it was the day I bought it. The large capacity, the ease of the zips when opening/closing. The sternum strap keeping it secure on my body when wearing. The little pockets within, I don't really use. A lot of these bags have these little sections for your keys, card, wallet etc. But I think they are superfluous. You have the back main section for laptop and accessories. Lots of space. The next larger pocket can really pack in shopping on the way home from work or even gym gear. Your choice. I personally prefer food to the gym. The third pocket ideal for tablets and small brollies and day to day stuff. There is a third pocket, but it is small, and I really don't use much. There are two side pockets, one for cables and charges the other well you can pick what to put in they are a good size. The top glasses pocket, I tend to use for hand gel and bits pieces. There is a hidden small pocket at the bottom of the back section. Good size and really useful. I believe they are an American brand, but you can't hold that against them. I would truly recommend this. I still can't believe I've had it this long. For the money, you can't really go wrong.

This is a BIG backpack
I get a new backpack every year or two, or more frequently if I've made a bad purchase. The backpack comes with me on London tube at peak hour to work 4 or 5 days a week, including at "absolutely nothing but standing room only" times. My previous backpack, bought Feb 2018 was the very popular Matein which has a nice range of pockets but unfortunately busted a zip. Upon opening it becomes clear that this Kroser is WAY bigger than the Matein, despite they're official dimensions appraently only being 1/2 inch different. Look at the photos - the Kroser is described as 1/2 inch taller than the Matein, but it's clearly a way bigger. Or is the Matein smaller than advertised? Maybe it is - mine is nearly 2 years and despite being stuffed full of newspaper in that picture is not 18" tall. So the extra height, the extra width and the potential extra depth (if you fully stuffed the backpack full) and what the Kroser initially feels like is "I'm travelling with a friggin SUITCASE here" At first I thought I might send it back. I don't need that much space day-to-day. But after a few days I got over that feeling and it's not much extra if it isn't chock full of stuff - which it isn't day-to-day. And it's nice to have that extra space WHEN YOU NEED IT. I think the Kroser would be great for air travel. Quality-wise its fine. They're not super-rugged-chunky-plastic zips, so I'm sure one of them will eventually give way, unless the shoulder strap does - that's always the two weak points with backpacks isn't it. It has better padding on the base than the Matein so laptops are better protected, and it doesn't topple over when unsupported like the Matein does. The "hard shell" compartment at the top is a nice enough feature, if you have glasses. I don't. The built-in USB port, like the Matein has, is... it seems like a good idea, but really I've never used it. If I've got my charging battery inside and I want to charge my phone I'm happy to just put it inside, or run a cable out through the zip. The main DESIGN FLAW would be the zips not opening far enough down. The 2nd pocket zips only open downwards 1/3rd of the depth of the pocket, so now you're digging around in quite a deep pocket to find stuff instead of being able to open the zip all the way and have all the contents visible. This was also nearly a "send-it-back" moment for me, but I thought I'll give it a try. It has a truly ridiculous number of pockets which is a good thing.

Large and feels well made
Impressed with this so far. My other backpack was just a bit too small to fit a 17 inch laptop but this one is perfect for it. Overall the backpack seems well made. No loose threads hanging off anywhere and the zips feel smooth and are reassuringly chunky. There's plenty of compartments for stuff. In the rearmost compartment you can fit a large 17 inch laptop in easily and there's another pocket in that compartment that could easily take a similar sized tablet or other laptop should you need it! The next compartment on from that is large and is where you would put other large-ish items you wanted to carry. There's two more compartments on the front of the bag for yet smaller items like phone chargers, cables etc and these have pockets within them to keep things in place. Overall there's a ton of space and the bag just seems to endlessly expand as you put tings in it. It compacts down to a reasonable size when you're not carrying much. There's also other compartments especially for sunglasses and hidden anti- theft compartment that sits against your back when wearing the backpack to stash your wallet inside. There's also 2 side pockets with yet another mesh pocket stitched into them to hold bottles etc. So there really is a ton of space. All the zips can take a small padlock to lock them, and one basic one is supplied. There is even a USB port, so you can stash a battery in the bag and have a handy charging port available on the main carry handle should you need to charge something on the go. There's straps to help compress the bag when there's not much in it, a chest strap to help keep it in place and the main carry straps have a large range of adjustment. There's a reinforced carry handle on the top of the bag. Comfort wise it's good. The back panel is padded. I haven't done a huge trek with the bag rammed full of stuff so can't comment on that side of it. But as a large day to day pack it's comfortable to carry with moderate amounts of stuff inside. Only time will tell how this holds up to use over time but it certainly feels like it will last a long time and I've no cause for concern. For the price I feel this is a bit of a bargain.

Very good
Old laptop was starting to fail, I'd had to reattach the shoulder strap on one site. So new one needed, this looked ideal, big laptops area, goodly space for stuff and lots of pockets. After arrival and packing for a weekly trip outside of my usual work office I've tried it out for the first time, Contents included 2 large power banks, multitude of cables, power supplies for 2 MS Surfaces, 3 x USB hubs of differing styles, high power USB mains adaptor, 2 x MS Surface Pro tablets, 3 external hard drives, pads, pens, waterproof trousers and a few other bits and bobs. It took it all with ease and allowed some decent organisation, cables here, kindle in the front pocket etc. Short walk for the train it was comfy and straps adjusted well to suit. off the train and a walk of about a mile and half in really poor weather high wind and torrential rain. It kept everything dry, has managed it's first outing with a load of gear and kept me comfy while walking all over, no issues at all. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an overnight rucksack or if you have a fair bit of stuff to cart about should you leave the office. IF I had to possibly find an improvement then the bottom of the bag could be a little firmer or maybe have a little more padding. But that really is a minor niggle and for the price i have no issues.

Strong, sturdy and overall a great backpack
Wow wow wow this is a solid backpack, strong, sturdy and the design with the multitude of pockets is exactly what I wanted. Even the bag strap is very solid as well as the glasses ouch at the top. The amount of compartments is vast that I've even forgotten where some things are but I wouldn't want it any other way. It also comes with a padlock and stands tall when placed upwards. For the price this is even better than most bags priced 2-4 times as much so I'm more than happy and know I made the right choice

Excellent value, great build quality
Excellent quality, great idea a pocket for safety glass, something that has been lacking from my previous bags. Plenty of sensible compartments. Fits 15” lap top, IPad, my Cable bag, note book, stationary etc, with room to spare. Straps a broad and comfortable. A great around bag for a it technician.

Excellent bag & great quality
I was thrilled with this bag from the moment I received it. It was delivered to regional Qld Australia within less than a week of ordering & it is really good quality and design. It feels very sturdy, the fabric is thick & excellent strength (loads more luxurious than I expected for the price), the main handle is reinforced with a cable enclosed in clear plastic and the padding is very comfortable indeed (although I haven’t tried hiking or anything with it yet). It looks as good in person as it does in pics. It is super roomy & has more pockets and compartments than I actually know what to do with - perfect for the person who likes to (or dreams to) be organised. And while I haven’t tried fully loading it up yet, a really big full pencil case, tablet, 1L water bottle, big purse & a bunch of assorted odds & ends I take to work don’t even begin to fill it up, yet it feels a really comfortable size on my shoulder. And even without the secret pocket, with so many pockets & tuck spot it would be a real challenge for anyone to slip their hand in & even find, much less quickly grab your wallet or phone. It even came with a USB cable installed. I haven’t actually used the reinforced pocket yet & it needs a bit of time to relax after being unpacked as it was a bit squished for packaging, but it definitely feels like it will keep sunglasses or a small camera protected. The side stretchy pockets comfortably hold my 1L water bottle & that also helps hide the little zip pockets behind them, which are a great spot for always being able to find your keys. Cannot recommend this bag highly enough! Very impressed & appreciate the excellent quality at that price. And in case you’re wondering… Nope. I have absolutely no affiliation with the manufacturer or Amazon, am just a super happy customer. I hope you enjoy yours. Update- I’ve been using this bag every workday since I bought it & I still love it! It’s definitely excellent quality & very sturdy. The size & number of pockets allow me to keep way too much in it lol, but it stays organised. Would be a perfect travel backpack/carry on, or works great for work so school too. Still very impressed & happy with my purchase.
