I never have pain, I’m just bloated a lot of the time, and the inactive ingredients in this product are different from the other leading ultra formula and this product is more affordable. I get the 500 mg of both, this one works within 30 minutes, the other is overnight before anything happens. The size of the gel pill is smaller, and I feel it’s easy to take. I will actually when I’m done with the other brand not use it anymore. I will only use this one and I like I said before I don’t have pain, but I’m bloated a lot and it just helps break up my bubbles , help me get rid of the bloating. Now, I also want to mention my stomach bloating goes down, but not 100% but it’s enough that I feel more comfortable
