Good book for guidence
I have a 2 yo who started to be picky about eating. He has weird tastes, like he won't eat mac and cheese, but love beets. I didn't want to make his pickyness worse so I started researching information in the internet. I came across this book and decided to try. What I loved about this book is that it helps you to reflect on your family meal time and find peace with it. You wil find answers that will help your family to improve this time and encouragement to keep trusting the process. The only thing I wish it was better is in regards to the kids age and application of some of the strategies. Some of the practical strategies that are suggested seems to be difficult to apply depending on your kids age. So, for me I am still unsure of how or when to use some of the strategies.Overall, I think is a good book to start if you have a picky eater and doesn't know what to do.

BEST (must-have) Book to Help Parent's Feed Their Kids!!!
As a registered dietitian and mother of two children, I recommend this book to all of my clients! I also have a picky eater and use this workbook to help guide me through the most difficult feeding moments. It is a plan that reduces mealtime stress and boosts my confidence while feeding my children. And for a bonus- we have peaceful meals on most nights now.

A great book for parents of picky eaters and healthcare professionals working with picky eaters!
I absolutely loved this book! As a pediatric dietitian, I know how frustrating picky eating can be for parents. This book walks parents through the process step by step in an easy to read, digest and implement way. Jill's experience working with this topic was evident throughout her stories and real-life application recommendations. I highly recommend this book to anyone dealing with a picky eater at home!

So much to learn from this book!
I love Jill's tips for extreme picky eaters (that she calls "Your Nourished Path to New Foods System"), the fact that she doesn't agree with the idea of sneaking in veggies and not telling your child about it (and explains why), and her chart on a positive/negative meal time environment as well. So much to learn from this book!

It is chock full of practical and credible information by a national feeding expert, in a unique workbook format that encourages parents to record reflections and keep track of observations to promote a positive feeding experience. Well done!!
