Excellent Bathroom Cleanse Belt
Great bathroom belt. I wear this when I need to cleanse. Gets all the gut-rot out and I feel slimmer than ever. Very durable and the Velcro strap is extremely long. Good material and strong.

Works But VERY WARM
As a weightlifting belt this works really well. It helps so much. But the material is soooooo warm! I am not a sweaty person even when I workout and this belt makes my shirt wet from wearing it from the heat it is trapping in. It makes me feel way too hot during a workout. I have my gym in the basement and it was pretty chilly down there and I was still sweating around the belt. Some people may not mind this but it made me very uncomfortable.
