I read the reviews recently and i see people complaining about mold and upset stomachs. I've been taking these for over 2 years. Never took a methylated multi before. Despite the packaging mentioning there may be some effects for first time methylated users, I never encountered one problem with these. In fat, the exact opposite is true. Although I can't attribute it to the vitamins specifically with any peer reviewed research, I can say I've only been sick 2-3 times in the 2 years. I'm usually the person who gets sick first, gives it to someone else, and then gets it back again. Plus I work with the public so I'm constantly exposed to whatever's going around at the time. I did combine these with a Vitamin D/K2 so maybe it's the combination, but I'm not complaining one bit. No smell, no taste, average sized so easy to swallow, no side effects, and an overall sense of success as far as what to expect from a vitamin. I recommend them, and even if they don't work for you, it's a 4 month supply so you can give it more than a fair chance. These types of things are trial and error, and you have to find what works best for you. There's no universal cure. Definitely worth the extra money since the mass produced OTC ones are literally worthless. Don't give too much credibility to the negative reviews. I get the feeling it's just a lack of understanding the subjective nature of these products on their part.

They also use researched ingredients for their supplements and are 3rd party tested. I also like that their capsules are designed to be able to go through the digestive system so that the supplement can reach your intestines, increasing its absorbability. I appreciate their full transparency. It's important to know that what you're purchasing is what you are receiving, especially when it comes to supplements involving your health. There are many companies that willingly sell supplements inaccurately labeled due to its lack of substance or incorrect dosages. There is very limited oversight for supplements from the FDA. This is largely due to the manufacturing companies lobbying against the stricter controls that would be required by the FDA. Due to the laxity of supplement manufacturing, standards have been set in place to help safe guard the public. This includes getting GMP certified and adhering to the declared safety procedures as well as agreeing to third party testing. I will never purchase any supplement that does not do third party testing or are not GMP certified. Every supplement sold by this company is of very good quality, which is why the cost is justifiable. When it comes to your health, it's very important to know you are ingesting exactly what is portrayed on the label. I approve of their products and hope that you will pay attention to any supplement manufacturer's production practices. Never blindly ingest a pill or powder claiming to have certain ingredients and dosages without investigating the company and its production methods. You could end up swallowing a filler instead of a supplement and that is a danger to public health. If you are ever in doubt, consult your doctor or dietician about what companies are trustworthy in order to obtain the nutrients that are needed to sustain your health.

I researched and researched vitamins for quite a long time. These vitamins have changed my life. I am not kidding. I feel better and look better. My hair and nails grow so much faster and I feel so much better when I take them. They are the best vitamins on the market. Worth every penny.

Pure always makes quality supplements. On the package it states to beware of side effects...but doesn't specify what they could be. If you suffer from MIGRAINES or HEADACHES then USE WITH CAUTION!!! I dont advise taking this supplement daily or even Every other day unless you are an athlete. People with MRTHFR mutations are prone to headaches. I cannot tell you the agony I was in not knowing that by taking these daily you can become overmethylated. As a result, I suffered with horrid migraines for a week before figuring this out as a side effect. I though I might've had a brain bleed that's how bad it was. So I'm going to only take this 1 to 2x a week and see. I also noticed mild stomach discomfort and joint pain. These are also side effects. Some MTHFR people are more sensitive than others. I have 2 of the mutations. I'm one of those people highly sensitive to supplements and medications. So to others out there, be educated from my mistake. My reaction in no way is a fault of the manufacturer. But better stated possible side effects on the packaging would've saved me alot of suffering.

I used to feel tired all the time. I started taking these vitamins and my energy level has improved. They are odorlessand easy to swallow. Very happy and will continue taking these.

Incredible supplement! Just the right amount of Methylated B's and extras my body needs! I have 1 MTHFR faulty gene and this works beautifully! One capsule is enough for me everyday.

AWESOME Product, this has probably been formulated by someone who understands the ComT and MTHFR issue and its codependent issues, and has attempted to modify the doses of other components to fit with someone with MTHFR, including the No iron part. Well thought out excellent product
