So since going through breast cancer for the last two years I've gotten a lot more serious about the fuel I put inside my body. No more alcohol, no smokes, and moderation when it comes to unnecessary things like processed sugar and refined seed oils. If i dont have access to fresh, whole foods - like grapes, apples, or bananas - I go for these little treats because they are low in sugar and have a good amount of fiber. I'm not on the recent protein bandwagon the industry is currently pushing, so I tend to avoid those kind of snacksas well. You can gert plenty of protein from nuts and canned meats, eggs, and other sources that are less processed. So fiber is where I make this allowance and have become a pantry staple. I should probably mention that they are only 70 calories and taste likecl cookie batter, or if you've ever had one of those slightly undercooked cookies from Subway ifykyk. Tl;DR highly recommend 👌

It's processed food so that is always the caveat, but these things are pretty good. You would probably expect cardboard, but theyre fairly light. Are they as good as a real brownie? No. But they definitely satisfy a craving without the huge calorie hit. I would t call these fillingand they're not the biggest, but if you're dieting they are the right size. They're well made and don't just crumble in your hand.

I love this product. It’s a great source of fiber and tastes good. I would not order from Amazon though, because both times I purchased them they were delivered in plastic bags and the product box is soft. The box and fiber one bars were completely smashed. I don’t believe it’s the seller’s fault, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

I have needed more fiber in my diet and these looked good. HA! They are not bad at all and a good snack that has fiber when needed. Expiration date is way ahead in time too!

Tasty, value, soft, quenching the cookie need but healthier and taste fresh.

Love this product it's just not fiber potent like they used to be. But will recommend to try.

Decent cookie taste with a hint of chalk and disappointment....I miss brownies.

Soy muy sensible del estómago y este producto me causó malestar. Sin embargo he sabido que a otras personas les ha caído bien. Pensé hacer un segundo intento.,ya que saben ricos, pero solo probé uno, vino la caja abierta y ya no me dió confianza seguir consumiendolos.
