Easy to take and good value for daily use
I bought these as a simple way to supplement folic acid, and they've been easy to incorporate into my daily routine. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, and the 60-tablet pack lasts a reasonable amount of time. I also like that they include vitamin B12 alongside the folic acid, which makes them a bit more convenient than buying separate supplements. There's not much to say about the taste since the tablets are swallowed whole, and like most supplements, the benefits aren't something you'll necessarily notice straight away. The packaging is fairly basic, but the tablets themselves do exactly what they're supposed to do. A straightforward supplement from a well-known brand that's easy to take and offers good value for money.
