This product has been an absolute life changer for me! Started taking I-Lysine 3 months ago with hopes of improving my skin after having multiple melanoma spots removed. My skin looks much healthier, tighter - even scarring from previous removals have turned from an angry red to pink. The changes have been so significant that I'm actually looking forward to my skin cancer screening next month. Remarkably, lysine's positive effects were not limited to just my skin. As a retired combat veteran, I have suffered from severe mood disorders to include PTSD, depression, and anxiety with bipolar severities. Over the years, I had been prescribed 6 different psych medications that all resulted in an increase of suicidal tendencies and discontinued taking them over a year ago. I have not been able to eat tomatoes, oranges or pineapple for my whole adult life; they gave me cold sores… I have been taking two of these a day since I got them and have tried pineapple once, tomatoes three times and NO OUTBREAKS !!! Ok … I’m sold FOREVER
