Enzymedica, Immune Defense, Regular Strength, Proteolytic Enzymes for Immune Support, 120 Count

I have used this several times now, when I expected to be exposed to lots of sick and contagious people, and I didn't get sick. I appreciated that, but as someone very familiar with science and research, lack of evidence doesn't mean evidence of lack.Then my husband got really sick, and stayed sick for a full month, then caught another cold and was sick for 2 more weeks. As soon as he began feeling sick I also noticed I had a bit of a sore throat. I decided to start taking this daily until both my husband and I were better, and forgot that I was taking this. (My PA filled my monthly med container with these, as well as all the rest of my daily meds.) I ended up taking two of these every day until I ran out over 2 months later. Exactly 2 days later I came down sick and went to look for these to see if they would help, and that's when I realized that I had been on them daily for the prior 2 months. Boy was I surprised to realize that this is why I didn't get sick, when everyone around me was coming down with horrible colds and flues! In fact, I know there were 7 nasty colds, and 6 nasty flues, because I know several people who got ALL of them! For over 6 months everyone around me seemed to have these horrible illnesses, and were spreading them to everyone I knew. These sicknesses were so bad that over a dozen of my friends were hospitalized from a few of these baddies. (Yes, I have a lot of friends.) However, I never got ANY of these colds or flues!, not a one! Or, not until I was off this product!Being super busy, and now ill, it took me several weeks to find both the time and energy to find this product again. (I purchased it about 2 years prior.) During this time I got over the minor cold I caught, and then caught another cold that was really knocking me out bad! As soon as I had the coherence to search for this product, despite being sick as could be, I started looking for it. As soon as I found it, I ordered more. As soon as it arrived I started taking 4 per day. In about 4 days I was feeling ok, except for a left over sinus infection. Shortly thereafter several more colds came through the area and everyone around me got sick, but I didn't.Yes this stuff is expensive, but not as expensive as taking a week of work was! Definitely not as expensive as my friends who were completely out of commission for over 2 months and ill for over 4, and especially not comparable to those who had to spend over a week in the hospital!From now on, this has become part of my regular winter meds!

This is one of the best enzymes I’ve ever purchased. It clears up acid reflux well for me, but I’ve also found that my body feels better when I take it in the morning an hour or more before eating.

I take this along with our Pyramid Protocol of proteolytic enzymes and oxygen boosters.It seems to have a strong effect on phlegm.I would consider Enzyme Defense a strong part of a complete enzyme regimen.As a stand alone, it isn't my first choice. However, I do like Enzymedica's no filler/cellulose capsule delivery system, and this product is good.

This product is amazing. I can feel that it greatly enhances my immune system response. It feels like my immune system is on steroids. Also, this product is gluten free, which I love because I have celiac. The first time I ordered this, it took a while to get the product even though it was a prime item. The last time I ordered this item, it came within 2 days. It seems best to have extra when you oder this. I will continue to order this until I don't need my immune system to be pumped up.
